HOW TO MAKE A RESIN CLUTCH PURSE
Hi 👋🏼 I am having so much fun creating fluid art purses and tote bags that I decided to try a resin clutch bag version. I found a resin clutch purse mold kit on Amazon.com, and I bought it. When I received it, I realized I needed to purchase a second kit because it only came with one mold, and I wanted to work on the front and the back of the purse simultaneously. I was glad I purchased the second kit!
In this resin clutch tutorial, the molds are similar to the sides of a resin box that will be glued into the frame after the resin has cured. I love the colors I selected for this project, especially the gold flakes resin (gold leaf flakes that I stirred into clear resin). I applied this after I added color to the sides. Then I used the colored resin around the gold leaf resin. It turned out simply beautiful!

Cant we make big size of hand bag with same resin work? Like shoulder bag with big capacity.?
You probably could but it would be heavy and it would use a lot of resin… just some things to think about 🤗❤️

did you use a total of 10 oz of resin for both molds? or 10 oz for each mold? Thanks.
Hi 👋🏼 I believe I mixed 10 ounces of resin for both molds but used only 8 ounces. Here is a quick video on how I measured:
