This officer needs to look up what entrapment is. Anyone in law enforcement that assumes there are more impaired people on the road after the bars close who admitted that in court would have the case throw out. Many people work in bars and restaurants and are not impaired but pulling them over is entrapment, harassment, and profiling.
Entrapment is when you put an idea into an individual's head. E.g. telling someone to buy drugs from an undercover cop when they normally wouldn't do so. I know you think you know everything about law but failing to understand what entrapment is is quite telling, perhaps you shouldn't spend so much time commenting on youtube eh?

Our uniforms take after Marines DI. Our Troopers are more Military disciplined
