Thank you so much!! I understand that pain! My wrist (and shoulder) is often screaming at me from cutting foam. I found that using the scissor with the cardboard helped spare my wrist vs a blade.

I love that everything you do is accessible and novice friendly! I was so hard on myself last year for not doing everything to perfect scale with precision and realistic detail, but your vibe is much more like mine. If there is any way you could do a spooky alien theme at all (like kitschy, classic, big head, green aliens), I’ve always wanted to see that incorporated! Thank you!!!

I always put so much pressure on myself to make things “perfect.” I think that’s one of the things I love so much about Halloween! We’re already in fantasy land so we can make the rules and anything that we love and makes us happy is exactly right! Okay, so I’ve been thinking about your alien idea for a few days and I have been so stumped. You made me realize… I don’t think I’ve ever seen any alien themed building by the big companies like Lemax and Department 56. This is a major area they’ve missed!!! Today, I finally think I have the start of an idea for an alien themed display!!! I’m excited to start planning it out!! Thank you for the inspiration!! It will probably take a while since I’ve never done anything like this but I’ll be so excited to share when it’s finished!!! 👽 👽 have a blast creating and break all the rules!!! Make your own!!

The layers of cardboard as base are brilliant, but my wrist hurts thinking about cutting each piece... well done!
