I have this same watch (3198) and the world map started to animate according to the seconds. And also the analog clock only showing seconds and not showing min and hours. 1:23
You need to make sure that you are in the 12 hour format and then increase the hour value until you see the PM indicator highlighted on the Casio AE-1000W. Hope it helps. Cheers, Tony - WTA
