if I need to cite an information from a paragraph in a paper
which one should i cite
lets say the main paper that i downloaded (alexander,2019,.............................) and i used an information from a certain paragraph from that paper which is cited as (xiang,2016) ,,,
which one should i write as a citation....

Citing Secondary Sources:
