Pan Roasted Asparagus with Garlic

- asparagus washed and trimmed to you preferred length
oil or clarified butter
garlic (I am using oven roasted garlic EASY TO DO! click here to see how I do it: • Oven Roasted Garlic )
place pan on med high heat
add b1-1 1/2 Tablespoon oil or clarified butter (a little more if needed)
garlic to taste (I used roasted garlic)
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
Salt & Pepper to taste
Optional - a light drizzle of fresh lemon juice (I used Meyer lemon juice)
NOTE*if you are using fresh minced garlic do not add until the last few minutes or your garlic will burn and become bitter tasting. (I highly recommend using roasted garlic for this)

Oh yum! Looks so delicious! I have never roasted garlic and I never knew what the benefit of clarified butter, so thanks for all the info! I will be roasting garlic and definitely making asparagus this way!! So happy you are back!
Hey Winter honey, you REALLY must try to do it! Then just freeze it like I showed in the garlic video and POOF! You will have it whenever you want it! Also, I will soon have Clarified butter video! That is also EASY and it keeps really well! ;D
