  • How to build a motorcycle, driveable with no lisence required! Take it anywhere a bike can go, all with great fuel economy.
    Picked up a kit from monsterscooterparts for $138, a bike for $30, and combined them to create a completely legal little motorcycle. With 1.5hp and a 22mph top speed, upgradeable to 30mph with $10. Althought i had to weld some partz of the frame, these modifications can be installed with nuts and modifications. I had to re-tap the rear engine mounts to 3/8 and 5/16, mostly because I ripped it way to hard.

      if you ever build any more two stroke motors i highly recommend taking two stroke oil and putting it on your fingers. the metal inside is very well machined and precise. same goes for four stroke engines but use four stroke oil instead. great video man!!!!

    One observation; the chain tensioner should mount to put the tension to the slack side of the chain run.
    And another viewer comments that the clutch lever should mount on the left grip
    Now ride it til the steering head breaks off, or until the cops impound it 😃

    • @Bawkr
      @Bawkr Před 7 dny

      Nope A basic muffler is about all you can do to a 2 stroke. A lot of the sound isn't just the exhaust comes from the engine sides itself. A decent muffler definitely mutes the poppy explosion sound but the rest of it remains. Possibly heat proof sound shielding could help that's about it though would be tricky to design and might hurt the airflow if done wrong. Better off with a 4 stroke if going for silence or maybe even an e-bike. E bike has the distance and charge issue but depending on use could be better.

    U should seriously make sure the lil c clips that holds the wrist pin in is completely seated. That’s the biggest failure for these engines, they vibrate out very easily
