I only brush my curly hair once I am out of the shower which is every 2 days 😭 I cant brush my hair while it is dry or it would get so tangled and ugly (pfp is my hair)

I do that as well. I have a very similar wave pattern to hers and my hair is dense. However, I do have a bit of frizz everyday which is normal for wavy hair and probably why she does these things.

mouses for me have been great at helping with it i have a similar hair texture it adds a bit of hold moisture and it’s more wet than creams and gels
I completely agree! I find that it's difficult to find any hair that looks like ours online. Most youtube videos I've encountered only work with 2c-3c hair texture. Thank you!

Serums are a life saver for frizz, for me at least. Oil is good too, as well as leave-in conditioner. Make sure you use conditioner, hair mask, that hair water is good as well, in the shower. A mask or oil is good before shower as well.
My hair used to look like it was electrocuted, and I’m not over exaggerating because a boy said that in school and everyone laughed. It doesn’t look like that anymore because of these products, I learned.

i have 3a-3b hair and only brush your hair when it’s wet if it gets frizzy
I recommend to brush it wet, I think since her hair is thin it dosent get extremely poofy

Not Your Mother's Curl Foam. It's cheap, and it's pretty good! I use this stuff too. You can LOAD UP this stuff on your hair while wet, comb it all through, scrunch, and plop, no crunchy cast!! This product has been praised by many as a dupe for Brad Mondos Wave Tech foam

That's not true. This rule is for curly hair and tighter waves. Loose, smoother waves do much better when brushed dry (or with oil). Wet brushing sucks for me

My hair is the same. Why do all that? When you take a shower just soak your hair. Towel dry, add some leave in conditioner and air dry. Looks the same. Less work.

You absolutely can brush some types of wavy hair. Smoother, loose waves can be brushed dry. Not all curly hair rules apply to wavy hair
