I agree. It's a wonderful game. I still need to finish the Pit of 100 trails and then I've basically 100% the game.
I never got 100 tattles because Goombella fainted at late 80's if you are going to go for it, bring in alot of Honey Ultras. If you want to breeze it, go Danger Mario

Basically the stage gimmick as a whole was annoying to deal with

Yea I can kind of agree but the whole gimmick itself was a very intuitive in my opinion
At least the fog makes the enemy miss sometimes as well

it can be annoying but if you're good the game you're usually fine, unless the bowser statue fucks you or get unlucky with fog/items falling and giving you statuses

It’s because of the happy go lucky music that plays when you level up
It would break the tension of an awesome moment like this that’s also why the ending battle jingle plays on those fights
Also it ends with 1 Star point and not 0 is because the battles aren’t programmed to end a battle without giving you atleast 1 Star point
idk usually rpgs give you 1 exp and 1 money because its the end of the game and there's no use for those anyway

I'm pretty sure it being a Mario platformer with RPG elements was Shigeru Miyamoto's idea.
I have several ideas for how super paper mario is triggering. They took the turn based mechanics out, which was one of the most popular mechanics

I am one of the three people who prefers the original Paper Mario over this game. Regardless of that, Thousand-Year Door is brilliant and a must have.

I'm curious what he thinks of Super Paper Mario. It's my favorite in the series. It gets so much unnecessary hate. Best story, some of my favorite characters, Bowser is playable for more than 10 minutes unlike in TTYD, fantastic soundtrack, and, if I'm being honest, the platforming gameplay didn't bother me at all. Plus hey, you get at least 1 RPG battle in the game so it's something. I still like TTYD and PM64 as well, but nothing will replace my love for Super Paper Mario.
@@austingordon3709 I can see where you're coming from. While I don't _love_ SPM, the platforming gameplay was fun, and I enjoyed using Bowser, even if his girth cheesed the difficulty out of boss fights. My favorite character is Luigi.
The story is very... different for a Mario game, but I suppose it was good to not have a safe narrative like Sticker Star and Color Splash. The music is also catchy in Super Paper Mario, with my favorite being the Mega Star, or Unrivaled Battle, according to the InterNed.

The dragon said people pay to sniff her feet
The computer only realized how much it liked peach after she took a shower (which why did they have her shower other than to imply that)
Finding bandy Andi and king k felt like I stumbled on dead bodies someone hid, from the sound effects to the flies
I'm pretty sure the Japanese version says Vivian is trans and her sisters don't accept her so that's why everything happens between them

I think the day 1 baby rocking minigame was annoying while playing with the babies from day 2 onwards is fun. Also while the crying is annoying the sound of the babies giggling is one of the sweetest sounds I've heard in a video game. What's up with that Nintendo?
