I love all these performances!! Kenzie really shines in jazz and high energy dances so I felt this comp really showed how great of a dancer she is!
Kenzie did SO good and you could tell she enjoyed every moment! They deserve higher for some of those dances but especially colors of the wind!! It was good! Props to Gleb!! And Sage did good too!

I agree she's talented and only 14 yours old when I was 14 years old I was doing a lot of fooling around with my friends instead of chasing my dreams becoming a professional wrestler so my hat goes off to her lesson learned kids and teenagers follow your dreams if you have one

Its not that hard I've done dances in heels before
Latin shoes are quite comfortable, better than real heals. She had 5â1 or 6â2 heels, so they are 5,5 cm or 6 cm high. It is easy when you have a good balance as she have and good footwork. I dance latin since 2012 (when I turned 15) and have 5,5 cm heels and since 2 weeks 6 cm. You can have 7,8 or 10 cm heels as well but I think that they are uncomfortable and sometimes the dancers canât stand and dance in them. Also she had a competition at ALDC with heels on and was trained to dance in heels - we never saw this but they wouldnât do a dance on heels when they didnât learnt it. I donât know which season but they had red dresses and there was a ballet bar on stage. She is talented and trained. It was quite unfair against other âstarsâ but I like her and she did a great job.
Its actually quite easy to dance ballroom in heels, we like it better than dancing in sneakers

I am so glad to see the Zieglerâs dancing, they are such great dancers and are so grown up! I miss them, Kenzie has grown so much in her skill and her performance ability. And to think In Dance moms her mom said her singing lessons where a waist. Just the fact that she is an amazing singer and dancer⊠is just wow! I also love that they are dancing to their own song!
When I saw contemporary I knew she was slay the hell out of that stage. She did not disappoint. Serving looks, face, and choreography. Ugh a legend.

Beautiful dancing, I saw an interview where Kenzie said she had a lot to learn because there were so many styles and techniques she had no experience with but they look amazing together and you can tell she is just having so much FUN.

For all the people saying she had an advantage, she didn't. She actually had a disadvantage, because she was never trained in ballroom, which is very different for what she did on dance moms. So she had to relearn things because her previous training is very different from ballroom, which in the long run makes it harder.
Okay there are things from her previous dance experience that can be applied such as lines, timing, staying on beat, learning choreography quickly, etc.
Jameelia Moonrise I get your point but like I said ballroom is different from her previous training. Different muscles are used, along with moves, which makes learning the choreography hard to learn, which is a disadvantage.

@@emilylanzer8854 She still had an advantage over many of her competitors. Given how quickly she improved, she didn't struggle all that much. I understand your point, but a dance background does help in any case. There are things that she can do far better compared to some of the other competitors.
I cannot believe that they did not win. Colors of the Wind and Cheap Thrills should have definitely won a ten. It was amazing.

This makes me wonder if Mackenzie would have still quit dance if she wasn't always being compared to Maddie at the ALDC. Both girls are incredible dancers, and in my honest opinion they dance almost identically, which is probably because they are related and had the same dance teacher. She had so much joy dancing here, and I want to know how much of that was because she finally had people who wanted her to do well, and she didn't have to constantly be told how much better her "perfect" older sister was.
