- A walk around Bridgnorth high town, on market day in Aug 2020 filmed at 4K 60fps
The town was once one of the busiest river ports in Europe, The river divides the town into High Town and Low Town, the two being linked by seven sets of ancient donkey steps and the Victorian funicular Cliff Railway. As with all our videos, you see what we see and go where we go. We don't plan a route or undertake loads of research, we just take you with us.
Thank you so much. I get homesick sometimes & these help 👍❤
When we are allowed out again we will film the Severn Valley Railway and lower Bridgenorth. Hope we bought back some good memories 🌈👍

I love that viewing point with a sneak peak to the bridge. It is great to visit places on market day. Such a great typical English town.
Svenywhere thank you. Do you think this would do better under travel, at the moment it is under entertainment? 👍
@@CarolandDerek from my experience, categories aren't really used to rank your video any differently. I believe it is mainly used to decide what kind of advertisement to put in front of your video. So it wouldn't make a difference I guess.
@@Svenywhere Thanks you have been at this game longer than us so its good to know
Great Word 👍
Thank you so much, pleased you liked it
What a cute little town! Love all the unique old buildings and the clock tower. So pretty at so many angles! The hilltop views were amazing!

Great market! I would spend all day there! Wow! It looks like it was rather cool! Everyone’s bundled up! This was in August? That was a big bird! Surprised he was completely unbothered.

FridayTuber Walking Tours it was. Thanks for your support ❤️🌈👍
Very nice tour! On the tours I’ve been on, I often didn’t have enough time to wander with no particular place to go and see more than the usual tourist spots.
Winston O'Boogie I know what you mean, and it's then you come across the unexpected wonder. Keep safe Winston. 👍🌈❤️
Nice video thanks very much for sharing from Africa we are watching
We have just popped over to your place, very impressive 🎥👍🌈
Nice to see things opening up. The tudor houses and architecture are nice. Charming place to wonder around. Quite a lot of history, I thought it would just be the market. What is the purpose of the gate building in the middle of the street. Perhaps a map to show us location of this town too. Nice video.
Departures1 that's a good idea about a map the upper part of the town was a walled town with a castle. Thanks for your comments and suggestions. 👍❤️🌈

Bridgnorth is very close to Coalbrookdale and Ironbridge which were both significant places at the start of the Industrial Revolution.

You never bothered with the lovely church…..typical!
It was closed up so couldn’t get in. Sorry, but maybe next time 👍🙏
I assume you were the person who gave a 👎. Covid stopped us entering many places. Making little videos is a hobby we can do together and we can’t cover everything, sorry to disappoint 😞
