As a wise man once said: "They don't say you're allergic to cheese they say you're lactose intolerant. Why? Because they know you'll eat that shit [cheese] anyway - and the consequences are worth it,"
I feel like it's worth mentioning that some people are _actually_ allergic to cheese (and milk products in general) because of a protein found in it, where as lactose intolerance is just the body not being able to properly digest the lactose
My older sister works as a wine specialist at a local liquor store, and I've definitely heard her use some of the same lingo when describing wine that you've used in this video. I also enjoy a Roquefort and the Humboldt fog. I have a sweeter palate so my favorite goat cheese is a honey chèvre it’s very tasty you get the sweet and the tart 😋

After the "Mont blanc" adventure ⛏🏔, a bit of cheese with red wine 🧀🍷... There's definitely a French vibe in the air 😅😊. This cheese platter is paradise for a Frenchman like me 🤩. However, I have to admit that even if I like many sorts of cheese, I don't like blue ones 😬. Sorry. Roquefort is a classic, but not for me unfortunately 😬😊. Even the "Bleu d'Auvergne" from my native region, doesn't succeed in convincing my palate 😬. But my heart finds comfort in "Cantal", "Saint-Nectaire", and local hand-made little cheeses with pieces of wild garlic in it 😍🥰😊.

I live within 45 minutes from the Sartori factory. The Bella Vitano Espresso is also amazing. It's really hard to pick a favorite.

I have never found Port Salut to be ‘stinky’. It’s fairly mild and creamy, but altogether delicious.
Cabot makes an extra sharp cheddar too that’s TOO GOOD. Hard T on the Cabot! From my neighboring state of Vermont!
