● All we need is
● For Marination
• Boneless Chicken cubed - 500g
• Paneer cubed - 200g
• Onions & Capsicum (bell pepper) cubed 1/2 cup both
• Fresh cream - 1cup (250ml)
• Elaichi pwd (cardamom pwd) - 2tsp
• Black pepper pwd - 1tsp
• Ginger garlic green chilli paste - 1tbsp
• Salt as per taste
• Processed grated cheese - 1cup
● For Green Chutney
• Handful of Coriander leaves
• Mint(pudina) leaves - 15 leaves
• Curry leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
• Piece of ginger - 1inch piece
• Green chillies - 4 to 5
• Salt - 1tsp
• Water little bit - 2tbsp
• Yoghurt (Dahi) - approximately 5 tbsp
● Skewers as needed
● Oil for frying
