Level 3 inmates are cell living with two man cells and on these yards you can be doing a small violation up to multiple life sentences, level 4 same thing only this time it’s single cell with tier rotation meaning bottom comes out for tier time after lunch it’s upper tier,level 5 step down system this is in the South single cell only a few come out at a time,level six max security 23/1 single cell all movement in restraints and at least two CO’s moving you visits letters everything is done on a monitor from the cell
