For this video I experimented & recorded different character combinations in the dining hall event. After that I edited the Raw footage in a transformative manner to inform & educate the viewer about hidden dialogues.

Hubert and Ferdinand's meal convo is the evolution of friendship. First they hate each other and then 3 meals later, they're pouring coffee and tea for one another
Life thanks for not screaming gay obnoxiously and recognizing their bond/friendship
Also note that Ferd is a tea elitist while Hubert is obsessed with coffee. It’s cute they consider that in this convo
Yeah I really like to see them as friends. They remind me of Tamaki Suoh and Kyouya Ootori from Ouran High School Host Club.

Fyi the meal dialogue changes based on their support level. Example: Annette and Mercedes at none or level c support Will talk about mercie's sweets. But then in their B support they fight and are more akward around each other when you eat with them. Then comes their A support and they made up and are cool now.
I love how much work they put into the game. I am glad that I bought the collectors edition so that I can support the devs work as much as I can.
I think its the same with dialouge for group tasks, i just remember flayn complaining about seteth never letting her actually help and then after their A he at least tried to restrain himself
Do they appear with no support at all or it's only C support at minima ?
@@r.r815 similar with the meal. In C- Rank and I think B-rank, Flayn will say that a meal is best eat when three people are there, then Seteth act sad after saying Flayn that if that mean that she didnt enjoyed when the two of the ate alone. In A-rank, however, both of them treat the professor like family

okay so basically she and her siblings had experiments put on them because Crests are important, apparently. everyone except her died.
i don’t speak for everyone, but i think it’s safe to say whatever she was fed wasn’t great.
Not enough people are talking about the Best Friend Trio of Bernie, Alois, and Byleth.
I'm sure Bernie very much appreciates not having to worry about her anxiety spiking when she's with the two people she feels completely comfortable around

Grape juice, Alois reminds Bernie of her uncle, who always treated her kindly and gave her gifts. He was one of the few people that was good to her back when she was a kid

Over 100 hours into the game and I never would've thought Bernie and Alois get along so well
Bernie gets along with everyone related to Jeralt: Alois, Byleth and Leonie.
I think she says something about Alois reminding her of her late uncle who she also liked.

You have to get the lesser meals that a student does not like but does not dislike or else they are just baffled you remembered their favourite food.

Meanwhile in Edelgard's card, only the Seiros Crest is there and when you reach her C+ support, surprise, you see the Crest of Flames
Yeah their supports elaborate on that relationship really nicely. They have a really sweet paired ending too (no romance, she becomes his apprentice after he helps remove her Crests at her request).
Their awkward exchange at the dinning hall only happens after the B support where Hanneman feels guilty for the way he acted. It stays like this until the A support where you get the third one from then on.
