My family love when I make this. I do add peas and corn , and top it with shredded cheese to make it look fancy. My wife always run for seconds before I'm done with my plate. Good job 💯
I do this when I have leftover bacon (it happens). Bacon egg and onion, I call it breakfast rice bc it usually gets fried up the morning after. I chop the bacon up and recrisp it before the other stuff goes in. Nice way to mix things up.
