STRAWBERRY AND MASCARPONE ROLL - A fresh and delicious dessert

Ingredients
For the biscuit dough
- 100g 00 flour
- 5 medium eggs
- 90g sugar
- 15ml sunflower oil
- A envelope of vanillin
- A pinch of salt
For the filling
- 250ml of unsweetened cream
- 150g mascarpone
- 100g icing sugar
- 100g chopped strawberries
