The TI-92 was a lovely calculator, the QWERTY keyboard and physical size made it very nice to handle. There is however a lot more in TI-Nspire than the TI-92.The touchpad on the TI-Nspire can work like the arrow keys on the 92 series. Use the number keypad to navigate menus quickly. I'm very familiar with TI 89 Titanium and is very happy with its electrical Apps functions, that is not in TI-nspire CAS; very bad. But I am going to buy one of the those new TI CX, that has all the good old and new functions, that cover high level Maths, DSP, Electical problem, Random and stochastic process. Which one of those would you recommend to me?
The CXII CAS (blue) is compatible with the TI-Navigator Systems (education.ti.com/en-au/products?category=ti-nspire-navigator) , the CXII-T CAS (red) is not.
@@Terrachad6969 With regards to the differences between TI-Nspire CX II CAS and CX II T CAS, the European model (T) does not have the TI-Navigator port on the top of the calculator. The TI-Navigator system allows for wireless communications between the teacher and the entire class. It is great for transferring files, putting calculators into P2T, running polls, whole class graphing,, diagnostics and much more.

Dorene - Some of the menu items you see in the video are different for CAS and non-CAS models, however the navigation options are still the same. For example in the first tip, pressing the number assigned to the menu item works; Ctrl + Menu next to an equation gives you the option to solve (numerically) or graph, depending on the equation.
The options you see in the context menu depend on what Application you have open and what you have highlighted. Insert a calculator application. Enter an equation, much the same as I did in the tutorial. Highlight the answer, then press Ctrl + Menu ('right click') to get the options. You may also want to check what operating system you are using. These contextual menus are added to all the time. You can visit education.ti.com/australia - our home page has a link to the latest OS build on the home page.
You can enter xmin / xmax ... in the Window Settings. In the Graph Application press [Menu] > Window / Zoom / Window Settings. You can also click on any of the values displayed on the axis and edit them from there. Suppose you started with xMax, change the value, but instead of pressing [Enter] when you're done, press [TAB]. Now you will progress clockwise around the axis ... Ymin - Xmin - Ymax - Xmax ... You can also change the x or y scale using the same approach. One of the newer features - Right Click [Ctrl + Menu] whilst the cursor is on the x axis. Select Attributes, navigate down to the third item and then click on the left arrow ... now you will see values on every tick-mark. (Assuming they are not too tightly bunched together). What is the difference between the blue (CX ii CAS) and the red (CX ii-T CAS)?

Hello. I have a TI spire CX II-T CAS. How can I design a vector in 3D? For example [3; 2; 6]. In 2D is ok but in 3D?
