- On the blower trailer again this week and it’s another wet one. I have a split load to 2 different farms on my first load and the second load is an awkward load of blend

Thanks!
Your a fab operator Gemma
Thank you so much ☺️
I just loved it when you said 'I get myself in to the right position for blowing', I can only imagine.
You are a breath of fresh air. I love seeing drivers who take pride in their work. Really professional and you have a great attitude.
I must admit.....When I saw the title and the thumbnail I wasn't sure that I was going to watch, but wasn't disappointed either Jemma...lol. You're a star. x
Hi Gemma.Once again nice to see you getting loaded in two different places 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Good West Country lass!! ❤Lucky boy Ryan. 👍
I enjoy your videos as I see a lot of England that I probably wouldn’t see. 👍👍
Hi Jem, never mind rough with the smooth. Keep trucking.
Hi Jemma, What a marvellous insight you provide to your working week. It seems you do have to work really hard - I hope you are sufficiently rewarded for all your hard work.
Just receiving a load is thanks enough for her . The bigger the load the better
Great video Jemma ... though I hate having such an immature bloody brain at times. 😅
Absolutely Gorgeous hard working lady , that keeps the country ticking over , you deserve a medal for what you do , very much appreciated , fantastic content ❤ keep trucking Jemma 😊
I've resorted in overalls when tipping Fed up of getting filthy dirty, great video though
Great video like I said before it's a highly skilled job on thease even worse when you get to a farm and he wants it in 5 bins etc even worse when you have medicine in some feed and none in another etc and it all has to be kept apart great video 👍
Not involved in transport myself but do find what’s entailed day to day quite interesting. ✌🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
You're a star gal. Your employer should consider himself lucky to have such a hard working diligent driver as you.
Only driving a wagon, not rocket science.
This simp just fancies her
knob@@gareth5853
Millions of men do this everyday. When a good lookin bird does it the simps act like she’s taken a bullet 😂
Should? How do you know they dont
Excellent video, showing trucking, warts and all its not all shiny chrome and bling, when delivering to farms, there needs to be more facilities for truck drivers to have a shower and meals etc
It's a pleasure to us views that you find the time to make these videos when you are so busy. Thank you.
A totally different video to what I was expecting from the title
Good days work, done a good job. We used to get bulk blowers on our farm supplying chicken food. Nice to get an insight into the bits of the job we didn't see. I always used to help the driver with the pipes and they'd always get the offer of tea and cake. We always look after drivers on our site.
Nice to see you closing those gates too. Not everyone thinks like that.
You're an excellent driver and employee. Thanks for sharing your job with us. Excellent video
Fantastic informative video. Thank you for posting. I now appreciate this type of work.
Hi Jemma another awesome video thanks, you sure get to see some beautiful places and scenery when you are out on your deliveries. You sure get a work out throwing those pipes about thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
Jemma, you never disappoint in your work, the dedication, you show is on point. I felt for you getting dirty and that goes with the job , but you soldier on . Those lanes you go thro and small villages are pretty, keep up the videos .
This was indeed a difficult day with the rain and the dust. I can imagine that these days are not your favourites. The little villages are pretty amazing in this video, lovely and quiet places. The lanes are also very nifty, although the low hanging tree branches can be dangerous to your truck. I really enjoy these blower loads, the process is interesting. Another super vlog Jemma. You're a true professional, the pride of your employer and the industry too. 🥰🤗
Another interesting and fascinating insight to your work. Thanks for taking the time to film and share. 🤗
Well done Jemma, you did a cracking job that day, I used to drive a feed lorry for Paul’s feeds and blowing loads is not easy at all. Keep up the good work. 😊
Hi Jemma. Another great video. Enjoyed it, thanks. 👍
you are doing amazing job keep up the work and stay safe on your travels thanks for showing the video take care
Great video Jem!
What a beastly job when it's raining 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ you get to see some really nice places and stunning countryside on your travels though 👌 that last bit made me chuckle (it's proper raining outside) 😂
Thanks for sharing this insight into your job. It never occurred to me that not only do you need to take things from A to B but you need to also understand the clients you are delivering to. The consideration you gave like making sure the gates were shut and trying to go as fast as you could were little touches that not everyone would know. 👏👏👏
Well done Gemma a great video and I feel your pain after a very hard day. I was always on bulk work but never did any bulk blowing thankfully. You probably need to get some of those disposable white overalls for wet dusty days I imagine the mills your working out of would give you a few to keep in the locker thanks again.
Amazing so much to remember Jemma keep up the great videos xx
Nice one Jemma, another great weekly insight to life on the road... Best video titles on the tube 😂 have a great weekend 👍
Hi Jemma Another fantastic video and a very long day especially through these tight narrow country lanes through the villages of Somerset. Wedmore is one of my favourites from years. We managed to get locked out of a B and B before 2300hrs! but a resident came to our rescue. Kind regards Crawford
Hi Jemma just what you won't on a Monday been there done that get your self cleaned up and start again tomorrow a part from that a great video 👍👍👍.
Hi Jemma I didn’t realise how much you tippers drivers worked so hard , I also thought they just lifted and tipped the load and drove off , you definitely work so hard and well done for the good videos , keep on trucking 👍
Love your videos Jemma you definitely love your job I’ve been on containers for 15 years now done a bit of tipping in the past
I really felt for you in this vlog. We’ve all had days like that when nothing goes right and you’re stuck in the cab, sweaty, dirty and pee’d off 😢
Hopefully by now the sun is shining and your smiling and trucking about having a better day x
You are a total legend Jemma, great job xx🤗🤗
Another brilliant and interesting video Jemma hope you have a wonderful weekend 😊
First time seeing a video from, hit subscribe straight away, massive respect to your work ethics and massive respect for your reversing skills!
😂😂😂😂 You know exactly what you were doing when you decided on the title of this video. Dirty Jemma.
That's a kool tanker truck u have Jemma have safe journey rest of weekend.
Interesting and informative vid Jemma, thanks for sharing.
Hi Jemma I see that you're kitchens coming along and thanks once again for your wonderful CZcams video's please take care and stay safe x
Very informative video Jemma. Excellent. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. 👍👍👍👏👏👏 kind regards, Tim.
.... always enjoy the scenery on your routes, nothing like what we see here .. and impressed with how people there negotiate the lanes and make it happen ... half thought you were going to do the big blur behind a bush when you showed yourself getting out with your phone ... we are in dry dust season here, as opposed to mud or snow seasons .. this time of year sure glad to be home and shower every night, also we are in a spell where the highs are 33 plus .... found the place quite something where the multiple nozzles hung down to load you ...... thx for the share ..... as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans .....
Great vid Gem. I noticed you went through my favourite roundabout by Exeter services. I always seem to get in the wrong lane.
Wow very interesting job indeed, and well respect to you drivers going through those small roads
Hi Jemma. Another tip for you. If blowing into an open bay a couple of bags of feed set below and above the pipe will keep it steady without having to hold it yourself. cheers
First of your blogs I have seen. Hugely impressed with your positive approach, dedication to the job and skill to execute it. I ran a fleet of blowers in the early 80’s including 6 wheelers delivering animal feed because the farms were so small to access. Little seems to have changed with the efforts you had to make to access the delivery points with that monster truck. 10 out of 10 👏👏👏
I always love your videos Jem and fair play for getting your truck through Blackford to do your first tip, as it’s bad enough in a car sometimes, as is Wedmore (where I live). It sucks that you didn’t have anywhere to have a shower though, as feed is dusty and stinks! Looking forward to your next video.
A true professional at work 💯 Jemma and thanks 👍 again for your road 🛣️ trip videos.
She is a specialist..professional is everybody who has a profession but a specialist is somebody with a profession that is actually good at it
Never a dull moment with you Jemma. I also drive a Scania, but down in Australia.
Hii
just found your channel in the last couple of days and really enjoying the content. showing every part of the job and all the little quirks is really interesting, its not just driving from A to B, filling up with different material, weighing, sampling, working out driving hours, amazing. more young women should get into this job and earn themselves a decent wage and independence rather than hairdressing etc where the wages can be pretty low, its also a job they can go back to if they decide to have children
Hi Jemma another enjoyable vid as always, it was nice to see how the split loading was done and despite the hassles with the last load at least you managed to get sort of clean afterwards, anyway hope the rest of the week was better and you have a good weekend and stay safe.
Hi Jemma. Great video. You are a rock star 😊
Your vlogs are amazing. I really like what you do.
Hope your week got better Jemma,I have had a week like that too 4x12 hours shifts and every thing that could go wrong went wrong. Stay safe see you next vlog
If the mechanics at your company makes sure the surfaces on the rims and wheel hub are clean before mounting the wheels, and you torque each wheel twice, a retorque isn’t necessary. In my 27 years career as a truck mechanic we’ve never experienced wheels loosening. Only a small fraction of our customers demand a retorque. But in general it’s too much of a bother for the customer to come back for a retorque.
Thank you for your videos. You explain your day of work in a calm and informative way.
Great video, shows it's not only the driving that's a skill but also the safe unloading and loading. Puts to shame some of the drivers I come into contact with!
Great video. Everyday is not sunshine and happiness. Just come back from a week in Croyde, had good weather this year. I did lookout of the trucks, however I saw none on my trips to Combe Martin and Appledore. 😟. Keep up the great work and videos
Another great, and interesting, video Jemma 👍. Nothing worse than getting dirty with nowhere to wash properly....Well done, a very hard days work, again!!
I just found you and watched my first video. I really enjoyed it so I subscribed. Great job with the truck and the loads. I'm looking forward to more.
Great Vlog Jem nice to see how didn’t loads are tipped and loaded. Bit different from tautliners and flats 😃 stay safe out there and hopefully these scammers that have latched onto you can do one😡
just watched a couple of your blogs. you ooze professionalism and the attitude that should be congratulated . Keep doing what you are doing and dont let the numpty car drivers drive you to crazy especially the granny grandma drivers around the south coast Dorset
Yeh! Great following you and your work on HGV.
Hello jemma,Holly molly,I had no word to said,it that nothing you can't do oh my gosh..you're one of a million, you're are amazing, jolly good job..easy does it,hope you enjoy your day 😊 I'm really proud of you 👏 I'm grateful for your wonderful vlog ❤️ 👒hats off to you ❤️

Good morning Jemma.. You certainly know what you are doing.. Take care and drive safely..
Rather you than me Jemma. I avoided tankers in my 30 years of hgv work . Very well explained sweetheart after seeing the state of you by end of Monday glad I missed out of tanker work lol x
I have just started watching you channel and I must say you can definitely drive that truck I have worked in transport most of my life I retired last year. And I must say you can drive better than some of the mail drivers stay safe and hope to see you soon 👍
You poor thing ❤❤ Chin up, Jemma. Hopefully it can only get better.
Another great vlog Jemma 👍🏻👍🏻
Enjoyed the video.. excellent 👍.. Have a fabulous weekend ahead
I have full respect for you, you work so hard in this job you do, and it's so nice to see you smiling all the time in a job that is so demanding. I would be grumpy as fk lol
Earned your stripes in this vlog Jemma well done! keep up the great work
First video of yours I’ve watched, good stuff. Local area to me, I’m 5 minutes down the road from Rich’s Cider. And sod driving a lorry through Wedmore! Well done lass
Jemma you have amazing job good on you your a hard worker .x
👍👍👍 Great vid… Again I love the very, very witty title… GOLD 🤣
Respect for your professionalism.
Wow! That is a different world than the High Plains of Texas. I bought some feedlot manure last week. It took a day to stock pile 1200 tons. The drivers stay in the truck and would never put in a day like yours. The feedlot feeds out 150,000 steers a year so these custom feeders have on site mills.
Hi Jemma as a blower driver of over 20 years I would suggest when blowing meal or blend as you call it keep the engine revs down to about 1100 rpm possibly a little lower don’t tip the body up too high and have the auger turning very slowly. So as the feed just runs into the rotary feeder. Hope this helps you, take care Greatly video 👍
It doesnt work like that now
@@phillylarkin.s1930 How does it work now , I'd like to know. Is it gravity on auger or blown out .I see she has a sheet on the trailer , I'm assuming it is gravity on to an auger .
When blowing blend it's best to leave the body down until it runs dry of product.Start to lift it really slowly to get a good flow of product down to the auger which you need on all the time with most blends due to the molasses content. If I delivered blend 1st drop and it was loaded the night before it could be difficult to unload due to it bridging at the rear. The rubber mallet would be out and you would have to go around the rear end tapping the body with it.
It’s all been said Jemma..but I will just add once again - you a a great credit and ambassador of Wains.
Another awesome video keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to the next video and may I say your the most beautiful woman lorry driver I have ever seen
Hi Jemma, they say you have to take the rough with the smooth but that was definitely a rough day, still you are an amazing driver 👍
Nice video Jemma ! This kind of job is definitely not for anybody....you are professional and dedicated....I consider myself lucky in chilled transport 😉 have a nice week end ! Bye bye Jemma
Brilliant one, enjoy all of your posts but this one was really good👍
This is actually amazing to see. Well done for all your hard work making these. New subscribers here. Great operator
must say you are quiet charming , Nice truck also ,Enjoy ur videos .
Talk about a dedicated truck driver U would have to be it. Doing what U do would drive me insane, narrow lanes and small villages and all the stuffing around, think I would spit the dummy. Just love your patience & perseverance and dedication to your job. U need to come here to the land of Oz where there is some room to drive a truck, big open spaces here LOL.
Hi Jemma you are an awesome person another great vid.
Hi Jemma it's me from Manchester saw lovely Merc from wains at Marshalls Ramsbottom next to r quarry lovely truck great vid 😊❤
Ahh bless you … sorry that you had a stressful day x
Absolutely fascinating!
Wow! What a game gal you are, I am now 79 and disabled but in a former life, I served 32 years as an HGV1 & PSV & VIP driver in HM forces & MoD. I took great pride in doing a good job. But, I take my hat off to you Well done! I knew a lot of female drivers in the HM forces they like you were as good as the men and often much better.
A very good Sunday morning to you all from Wellington Somerset
I
stumbled across this. Fascinating! (PS: Greetings from Germany)
Very good vlog jem I really loved it as always girl ❤❤❤
I'm impressed!
Hats off to you Jemma you do get some difficult jobs.
Hi there Just to say fair game to you I couldn't drive one, went for rmy artic test an failed,I then went for my rigid and failed my nerves got the better of me.on my rigid test the instructor nearly went through the windscreen because selected the wrong gear approaching a roundabout 😊 a long time ago now back in 96..like the channel though thanks for sharing 👍
