This is my mum and she really is a true inspiration to me growing up knowing what she went through but she still got on with her everyday life and where she is today I’m so proud to call her my mum
She truly is an inspiration and you must be so proud of her, I am. Totally failed by the system in many different ways. They should hang their heads in shame. We all have to stand before our maker some day, but hell isn't enough for these monsters. Michelle is so brave and to go on to choose a career to help kids in the same place she was as a child. Truly amazing. Great podcast guys and how much empathy you have is what makes this a fantastic show. God bless you Michelle and take care xox 💔🙏🏻
I'm sure u are so proud of her, amazing lady

So much respect for Michelle to be able to speak about this trauma ,it sickens my heart to know that these perpetrators were never convicted and are still in positions of trust with other children ,makes me sick

Bless her heart. You can see she’s wrote on her hand to make sure she doesn’t miss anything. When so much has happened to you, it can feel so overwhelming trying to get it all out and not forget anything.

This podcast absolutely broke me … Michele I am so sorry this happened to you … there isn’t even any words … my stomach churns thinking about what you and your siblings must have endured … I just hope you have found some peace because my god you deserve it 😢❤️ xxx

The most moving podcast yet. Inspiring how you have used your story to help others. You should be proud of yourself
Thank you!!! The whole not limiting ypur sessions - this! This is what is needed. I was in psychology for 7months and we still hadn't got into my trauma (which has been multiple different things in life) and then i was discharged because they said i was doing much better and that they thought i could handle everything even though i still hadnt opened up and tried to heal from everything that happened. Now im struggling again and had to go back onto medication to try and numb everything.
One brave lady and an unsung hero for the fact your saving other kids you can see traits others won't pick up on total respect an admiration for you
What a fantastic podcast, michelle you are an amazing human.....i hope some day i will be brave enough to do something like this too.....youve done so well for yourself. Shame on the individuals that were meant to protect u x
God saved you for a reason. How you have turned your pain to help other children now is amazing. Brilliant interview, thank you having good guests on the last while!
Michelle you should be so proud of yourself 😢for being so put together and to have went on and studied to help other is absolutely incredible. Because let face it you could have went down another path of destruction drugs / addiction etc your an absolute angel your kids family should be so proud of your achievements Ano nameing these ppl could get yourself into trouble with the law but really the system has failed you and your siblings were failed time and time again. Ano u said you wish you did have some convictions which is absolutely mind boggling to me that there wasn’t but maybe you should have a think about those kids that the abuser is living with just now if you name and shame these ppl 100 % you will find other victims will come forward then all the victims can get justice together making the case stronger and less likely to be dropped so pls pls think about why should you protect them no one protected you and by naming them your protecting the kids living with this animal xxxx
I agree with everything you say 💯💯!! It's hard to describe how wonderful this beautiful and gentle lady is...xox
Watching this as a mother too a two year old an it’s soul destorying my heart bleeds for this lady she shouldn’t have went through this once let alone all those times by several different predators she was totally failed by the system I was raped in medugorje at 15 an it was pushed under the carpet when the abuser was lifted he wasn’t even told what he was under arrest for but straight away before he was even told what he was under arrested for the age of consent in Bosnia an herzegovina was 13.. the fella was an Irish traveller we were both Irish! An he got off free with it still haunts me too this day
I do wonder why scully didn’t read up a bit on child rape before he interviews Michelle. I found his ignorance and constant shock statements to be quite alarming whilst interviewing a victim. Doesn’t he realise that not baby is safe from predators, I’ve read if newborn babies that have been raped and died. It’s a bit irresponsible imo of them to take this podcast with no idea. I do love the podcast but when dealing with a subject like this it would have been helpful if the interviewer was more experienced
