    Youve totally misunderstood his point on real madrid. If you properly listened to what he said, he explain they have spent 200m, and now have multiple players worth 100m+. Wheras we have spent over 1billion, and have a loss. So that does not suggest he wants more money does it?? It suggests the exact opposite and he shows that having good managers is the reason for that.

  • @HappyCodingZX
    @HappyCodingZX Před 7 dny +3

    When he spoke about the Super league, dismissed it and clearly said that it makes no sense to dilute the Premier league brand. He used Madrird as an exampe of a team that are a worldwide brand that have spent well, brought in young players, and won their league and Champions league whilst managing to build a new stadium - all of which he wants. Yes, they want a Super league, but that is because la Liga is not nearly as strong a brand as the Premiership. To me it was clear he thought the Premier league was fundamental, not the Supeer League.

    Think he's on about the culture in the club and the attitude of certain players. Discipline and respect need bringing back into the lub and the dressing room.
    Hopefully Jim and co will supportTen Hag and hjelp him tighten things up. Mainoo's recent interview showed to me that the young lads coming through have the right attitude we need. Not like the likes of Pogba, Sancho, Lingard, Rashford etc that certainly haven't acted respectfully and professionally as far as the image of the club is concerned and setting a good example to the young players coming through.

    Talk is cheap!! Real Madrid will never ever allow rumours such as considering rubbish pie-faced SOUTHGATE circles around their club let alone to consider him as their manager. Just for United to be linked with rubbish Southgate as the new United manager under Ineos is an absolute DISGRACE!!! Even just an idea to have Southgate is absolutely disgusting ffs!!

  • @Djsonley
    @Djsonley Před 7 dny +3

    Hows it unrealistic? Umited is every bit as big as Madrid when we win titles. We've been rubbish for years now. Madrid went 35 years without a European Cup too. United has every advantage to be just as big as Madrid. We have always since the 60's been the most famous club alongside them. Theres zero reason for us to look starry eyed at them. We've just had bad management at parts in our history. Madrid's onwers have always just bought whatever needed so respect for that.

    If he wants to take United to a super league like Real are pushing for he can just sod of now , regulation is vital in football or it wont be sustainable , the football pyramid will collapse in a few years if there is a free for all . Some of the stuff Ineos are doing gives us hope but some of it is just petty and going after easy targets that have worked in the club for years doesn`t feel right , Nice cannot be a feeder club for us , we tried it at Royal Antwerp and it didn`t work it wont work now.

    He's most certainly a man who has attempted to flout rules and reguiations throughout his business career....And if his ''business'' perspectives would revolve around United following the likes of Madrid into a Super League, is that what most Reds really want to see? As for regulations overall, taking the City thing into account, if Ratcliffe had his way, they would not be brought to account at all, thats the truth and a real inteviewer not trying to pander to thim, would have demanded clarification on all of that...He's evading huge questions by only giving interviews with business channels which will fawn over him.

      SJR actually stood against the Super League, said the government should step in if necessary.
      So currently this argument isn't valid, of course time will tell but his "putting Manchester back IN Manchester United" statement and leaving a local legacy wouldn't exactly work if he took Manchester United OUT of Manchester now would it.
      The Middle Eastern owners are all about taking crown jewels from other countries and taking them to their home turf. Just like the Saudis took the Spanish Cup final to Saudi.
      So if the ownership had gone to the Middle East/Qatar, I'd be far more concerned about such a development.

    We should stop wasting time and move on from Todibo if it's clear we can't sign him. We need to replace Varane, it's not negotiable!
    Man City are cheats but they can beat the system because their owners no matter what you think of them are ambitious and plan ahead of time

    • @mydamnedunited8429
      @mydamnedunited8429 Před 8 dny

      We could still potentially sign Todibo, IF we don't mind rubbing UEFA up the wrong way.
      Nice could sell Todibo to Lausanne, then Lausanne could immediately loan him to United.
      City buy players with lower league affiliates then "loan" them to their higher level sides to avoid this.
      Ineos haven't had the time to make these adjustments yet, they're intending to build such a network but it will take time.

And why an earth should united fans be concerned about him not wanting Nice to be a UCL team (which you don’t know) Nice has never ever been a champions league club furthermore ever single team in the French league by PSG are literally a feeder club. • @asifiqballyricist
    @asifiqballyricist Před 7 dny

    I like Sir Jim's clarity of context and intention. He has not deliberately addressed the how part of it barring few indications, but I am pretty clear of the consistent 'bad managment' instead of 'proactive management' to take our club's winning culture into a much higher level being completely absent (fans were crying for it since 2013). The football organization did not have a consistent winning strategy in action based on ever changing external realities as well as certain principles or values. A true performance based cultural reset is long due. And like any top organization, this will take a 3 to 5 years time. In fact, the brand value of Man Utd has been eroding due to lack of reinforcement of enduring brand assets based on a proper and regular brand health assesment. Shareholders, Players, Staffs, Fans, other Stakeholders like media, regulators, footballing authorities, Financial Institutions, Government and Sponsors have to be reviewed carefully to bring right alignment to craft success.
    I expected Ineos to come prepared but to my utter surprise saw them reactive so far. For instance, its been almost two quarters but the process of 'bringing right people on the bus and wrong people off the bus' is not complete. We have not heard a clear communication from the high ups regarding the change management process, key deliverables, milestones and responsibilities yet. These are the pre requisite for fan alignment and organizational success. Other clubs are in a better situation and ahead of us both locally and globally. Still there is evidence of transactional, adhoc management than an integrated performance improvement plan (PIP).
    Its a gigantic task and we expect Ineos to do it with excellence and keep all stakeholders onboard

    Isnt Real (royal) Madrid backed by their royalty??? Remember its a bit easier to attract players to the sunshine of Madrid, than the dreary Manchester climate??🤷‍♂️

    The man is just a business vulture. He said the same about nice overthrowing PSG when he took over. Since then,Nice has not won a single trophy under INEOS, and they rarely qualify for the champions league. Radcliffe is no Messiah

    What a load of bullshit! I watched that interview he insinuated nothing of the sort! He literally said we want to be where teams like Real Madrid are but it will take time. He spoke about the HISTORY financial books comparing the two. What the hell is this narrative about why are channels like this trying to split and divide the fan base? It's actually pathetic!

    A good thing for nice is they will get all young talent and then later in careers they may go back so win win.🫡👍
