You may want to change out the vent purge valve and the PCV valve. Super easy and cheap - most people don’t do this preventative maintenance step. Plenty of videos on here - will take you all of 20 - 30 mins to do.

I still have my original water pump and I am at 184k. I have slight cam phaser rattle but to be honest they are not worth replacing.

Yep! Rough country 20” is what I have and custom mounted it to the frame

check youre transmission coolant lines mine bursted at 120 k
