And as far as these celebs are concerned, that seems to be the case. But it’s not their over-the-top personalities that makes them difficult to handle - it's their well-known reputation for neglecting their hygiene. Do you think actors should be required to shower and smell nice? Well the celebs on this list sure wish Hollywood would make this a rule. Who would have thought that some of the biggest names in Hollywood were also the smelliest? Many of them will leave you breathless for all the wrong reasons.

I don't consider bathing a waste of water. Turn the water on, wet yourself down, turn the water off, soap up, turn the water on, and rinse off! The worst part is how many of them own a pool? For God sakes jump in the pool, ocean, lake, ECT just get some water on that body!
@@gorgiegrl I don't consider it to be a waste either, but it's so hypocritical of him to be so wasteful in things most people could only dream of (like flying in a private jet or partying on a yacht) and act like normal people living our normal lives are being wasteful just by doing normal everyday things. If they really believed all of that mess, they'd stop flying around the world to have conferences about it and stay in one spot and live like a caveman. But they obviously don't believe that, it's just another way to control us regular people by dictating what we can and can't use; how much we can use, and how we can use it
No matter how handsome or beautiful you are if you don't have a good personal hygiene it's a big turned off

Matthew Mattocks it depends on hair types:) my hair stays fresh and clean for 3 days. I wash every 3 days, four during winter. My cousin washes her hair every day to avoid it getting oily and smelly
@Matthew Mattocks ....try X-Virgin coconut oil to wash your hair. It might sound greasy but it cleans and rinses out very nicely, leaving your hair silky!

The coconut oil comes in a jar and is solid. When it is warm it turns liquid.
Virgin would be fine. You can eat it also by the spoonful.
You don't have to refrigerate it, either.
If, you live in the States, it probably costs under $10.
You don't need much of it. It spreads easily on your wet hair. I work it in really well. Then, leave it while I wash myself...then, I rinse it off.
The 1st time, i kept rinsing & rinsing, thinking that i used too much but that is the way it feels. Dried my hair with a towel and it felt great.
I usually bought it at a health food store but bulk food places and some grocery stores sell it, too.

I'm poor as hell and I shower every morning and during the summer I shower at a minimum of two times a day and some times 3 to 4 depending on how much I sweat. I also use deodorant and since I don't like the sticky feeling of stick deodorant I put baby powder on top of the deodorant. I also use Calvin Klein Obsession every day.
I'm not a millionaire either but I shower and shave my legs every day! Wash my hair every other day. I luv all my body washes and flower scents and I feel like a million dollars (even though I'm on a super tight budget, lol). 😊❤

@Trap 50 I have worked in the mental health industry for nearly 3 decades and people who do not care for themselves by showering and basic daily self care routines are either depressed or mentally unstable ( also taking note of social norms, people in the Amazon don’t have the same lifestyle we do in western culture ). Self care is a foundation for being healthy mind/body/spirit. If you have the ability to shower and all the tools necessary to do utilize and perform the tasks but choose not to, those who are watching this unfold should be asking probing questions as to ‘Why?’
Acting is a profession that can attract narcissists. Hygiene is mostly about being courteous to other people. They are so into themselves they probably don't even realise they are making other people miserable.

If it wasn't for the last actress (who I've never heard of) I would say the secret to becoming ultra famous would be to have bad hygiene. Seriously, it's one thing to have bad hygiene at home but once you venture outside, take a shower and brush your teeth. I understand not washing hair except every three or four days but longer than that is getting really gross.

ATTENTION!!! Showering might NOT be the issue here. That does not mean to avoid
showering. There are people that shower every day, inclusive twice a day, and
they awfully stink so bad that even money cannot pay to stand beside them.
Shaving your underarm for men and for women regularly will help prevent the
accumulation of bacteria and can reduce sweat and odor. Having a brush or a
bush under your arm DOES NOT make you a macho. Testosterone does. Instead of bashing
who stink the worst. Promote to use a slide of lemon or lime as long is needed
it (e.g. few days) to kill the “corynebacterial” that produce the bad odor in
the armpits, this work since that time of great Pharaohs in Egypt and since the
beginning of the civilization in Mesopotamia, we just forgot about it because
we invented sophisticated cosmetics. Another remedy that works to kill these
horrible stinky bacteria is HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Use 1 teaspoon of peroxide 3% to
1 cup 8 ounces of water. Wipe this on affected areas (underarm, feet, groin)
with a washcloth. This may help destroy some of the bacteria that create a bad
odor. An additional cure is a pure and simple VINEGAR. Wipe the area with a
washcloth soaked in vinegar, don’t worry about the vinegar smell because it
will disappear, but if you want to get rid of the vinegar smell right away use
on the top it a good deodorant that contains very little alcohol or no alcohol
at all. About deodorants I highly recommend the CHRYSTAL DEODORANT STICK, this
deodorant is natural, is and super highly endorsed and recommended and has no
alcohol at all.
How does getting peed on stop you from showering? That should give you all the more reason to need to shower, unless you like smelling like old pee and pit funk. That would be like saying, I work around food all day and I don't have time to eat.
Though it's not healthy for you to shower or wash your hair every day, if you work a hard job and or sweat a lot and get dirty a lot from whatever, then you need to shower and wash your hair every day and wear antipersirant or whatever to make your pits not stink. I usually shower every 3 or 4 days because I don't go anywhere, I'm not around people and it's hard for me to do things like that because of back problems and constant pain, but if I have to go out, I shower, wash my hair and use antiperspirant because I don't want to smell bad and offend anyone. If I worked, I would shower etc., every day and always smell good.

they just said Leonardo DiCaprio showers a few times a week. and i honestly think that that could also be like 4 times a week and i also just shower every second day (except when i work out) because showering too often can ruin the natural protection of your skin

I don’t wash my hair but a couple times a week, only because i had a bleaching snaffoo, and I don’t want to lose too much hair. It is getting better though. But i do shower regularly though, cause if I don’t shave and stuff it will be driving me crazy.
Not everyone should wash their hair daily it really depends on your hair type. I think there are conditioning washes now for people with dry hair, though.
Deodorant is actually not that good for you, so I agree with that. But they should still shower tho.

I'm not surprised by any of this. Most people who are in the business think they're not part of the human race and therefore can annoy others to no end. i dont see a problem with some BO. most folks shower only a few times a week (3) its actually better for hair and skin. and deoderants are awful for the most part there are other alternatives i bet he uses like patchuli baby powder/baking soda based. bc the aluminum in deoderant agrevates the armpit pours and actually makes you smell worse if you dont keep up with the application. stop using it for 2 weeks, and use soap and water and maybe like patchuli or something akin and your fine. it doesnt mean youa re dirty. same with BO its a human smell.

I agree that it is not necessary to shower as often as we do. It is terrible for your natural biome. I disagree that deodorants are awful. Research shows it has no adverse impact on your body. Further, I have tried to stopped deodorant for 4 years. I made homemade stuff with baking soda and tried any other type of all-natural stuff. The longer I was away from antiperspirants, the more I smelled. I finally did a critical analysis of the literature on antiperspirants and decided that they are fine to use. I use a prescription level one about 3x a week, and I no longer have any smells.
BO is caused by an accumulation of bacteria and not the good kind!

I seriously don't understand how some of them can be so clean and attractive looking if they don't shower. I mean the amount of time on the red carpet, interviews, and on the screen...I am not seeing the greasy look that would be there if this were true...but what do I know...they have their outside life...just seems weird they always still look good all the time.

I’d rather go without eating then showering every day. Also lots of water fruits and vegetables, cleansing skin products exercising taking great care like takes 10 to 15 years off looking younger, feeling my best and exercising so happy😊 also, sleeping well and vitamins does wonders for the skin

Anyone that's ever experienced "stage" lighting knows how hot it gets on set. Add a lot of strenuous physical activity and you would smell too!! I'm sure they are normally very clean people.

If, you start your day off clean, you don't STINK after hot lights and strenuous activity. You would smell sweaty...sure but built up bacteria causes foul odours on people!
Ewe, I gotta take my showers everyday, brush my teeth and there are ways to keep your armpits from stinking if you don't want to use deodorant like using baking soda so there is no excuse for walking around smelling funky. I love to smell good.
Baking soda does not work!!! I've tried it, and after a month of use, I had burns in my armpits because of how alkaline baking soda is. Oh man, that was painful. But it seriously doesn't work.
