The closet in the main bathroom is not good for your clothes and other personal items to be exposed to the humidity from the bathroom. That's about the biggest downfall of this home. That bathroom would have to be reconfigured if it was my home. Otherwise, it's a really nice home for a retired couple with family or a small family. Love that big old tree out next to the back patio. I would paint the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very minimal things to put your own stamp on this place.
