I have a friend like this that I've known since school but I avoid him because he's insufferable. They tell so many lies and when you call them out on it they suddenly change their story and claim you're confused whilst denying their bullshit.

I've cooked elk at home multiple times. I'm no chef but it takes time, effort and deppending on how old the elk was, time to marinate it, how long to cook it, what's better in the oven and what is better on the pan. It takes skill but with practice elk can be tender, juicy and melt in your mouth!
I can't get enough of these 2 episodes, Joe literally acts like an stubborn 10 y/o. I imagine it constantly when I see him talk, it's hilarious. And I love the confrontations, nice drama.

Update: I came back to this episode since there is evidence on Reddit about a guy seeing Joe at a catering event, someone noticed that Joe actually now owns a truck catering company. He does sell the elk burgers and cascades and he was also talking bad about Gordon. The people who have the Reddit account actually said that the food wasn’t that bad than what was described and tried in Kitchen Nightmares.
What's even worse is he ACTUALLY had a little faith in the guy at first but if you watch closely, that hope gets snuffed out as fast as you can say 'micro carrot'.

Update: I came back to this episode since there is evidence on Reddit about a guy seeing Joe at a catering event, someone noticed that Joe actually now owns a truck catering company. He does sell the elk burgers and cascades and he was also talking bad about Gordon. The people who have the Reddit account actually said that the food wasn’t that bad than what was described and tried in Kitchen Nightmares.
