Delicious Kolaczki Cookies Stuffed With Nutty Goodness!

Kolacky Cookies
Dough
2 cups of flour
2 sticks of butter
1 pocket of cream cheese
salt
almond or vanilla extract or rum extract
Nut filling
1/2 a cup nut mixture of your choice
1/3 of a cup of almond paste
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
3-4 tablespoons of butter
optional diced dry apricots
blend/whip butter first add cream cheese in portions
once all whipped turn off your mixer and put all purpose flour in. mix the flour gently
refrigerate for an hour
