Ingredients For Southern Fried Catfish
6 Catfish fillet
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Larry's seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Chicken Seasoning
2 cups of Yellow Corn Meal

Hello pebbles and thanks for your awesome support and kind words. Sorry for late answer but I usually use olive oil when I’m sauté and my stuff with butter and when I’m frying I used to call Kroger‘s.Oil I used to buy all that expensive stuff and lard but I love Kroger‘s oil and fries my chicken and pork chops so crispy and delicious. Have an amazing day. Get some Kroger oil.👍🏽🥰🍋
