In this video, I demonstrate how to do a clean out of the GoldiBox 2" Electric Backpack dredge. As I mention in the video, 95% of the captured gold is recovered in the first stage (Main Chamber). The second stage fluid bed trap catches the rest. I'll be posting more videos of the GoldiBox Electric Backpack dredge in action. The results will impress. And remember, Our Nozzles Really Suck!

A smart man would use a bucket to clean the material out^^
I guess an uneducated man builds his own 3D printers from scratch, designs & models original prospecting gear, finds gold and then somehow manages to get video of it uploaded to CZcams. Sign me up for Camp Stupid. But to speak to your comment... You cannot simply clean the GoldiBox out by dumping it in a bucket. The classification tube in the main chamber would prevent the material from coming out easily. This is by design. I've spent 100s of hours USING and refining the GoldiBox. But what do I know?

Very cool product. I apologize if you answered this and I missed it, how long can you run before doing a clean out typically?
Hi Josh, that's a good question. The GoldiBox is based on fluid bed dynamics so it continually cleans itself out and holds the heavies. It really comes down to two things.
1) I'll do a cleanout in 15-20 minutes if I am prospecting a new area to see if there's gold in the area (and if I should stay).
2) When I feel like seeing the gold I've recovered. There are days when I will run in the same area for several hours and only do one or two cleanouts. It is really up to the user.

Good question. It is permissible to dredge in Oregon (non Salmon bearing streams), Idaho, Alaska and many other parts of the world. These videos are intended for a worldwide audience. Please be aware of your local regulations. I do not advocate breaking the law.
I just got back from Oregon. The past two weeks we shot a lot of really good underwater footage showcasing the different nozzles. The first two videos were mostly how to set it up and clean it out. Upcoming video is going to show it in use in multiple locations with cleanouts and the season gold tally.
