Well, armchair general have you seen the disaster unfolding in Donesk as Ukrainian defenses melt away, as the depleted UAF used their best troops as their logistics is being cut off in Kursk with Russian, reserves arriving and the only recourse is retreat. Another strategic inept decision by the depleted and demoralized UAF as Russia in this war of attrition is degrading what is left of the UAF.
Russia now occupies 40% of Ukraine and has freed the russian speaking areas of Donbas and Ukraine; it effectively has achieved all of its war objectives - thats what Russia has achieved.
Russian achieved almost 90% of it goal sea of azov is a russian lake now, the most industrialised donbass is Russian forever

No, he's not a Trumper. But he's wrong about Putins objectives. Going in with huge military force into Ukraine in 2022 to "liberate" and occupy Kiiv, implementing a puppet regime, is pretty the same as occupying whole of Ukraine. Because the effect is the same, "bringing back Ukraine ihto Putins arms"! The only thing Wilkerson is right is the pretty dire situation in Donbas, where Ukraine is out manned and out gunned by Russia. The troops are tired and overused. The incursion does not play out like Ukraine actually wanted. Russia does not lower the pressure in Donbas but pulls out other units from the south and reenforce the troops with other units than from there. So that's a dangerous situation in Donbas and a successful incursion into Russia. Who "wins" at the end is open for speculations. I don't speculate but see the danger and not few military experts, military commander themselve in Ukraine are unhappy with the situation in Donbas.
The incursion itself showed a weakness in the Russian military command. More than 2000 Russian soldiers raised the white flag and Ukraine still advances, if only by a few km. Sudzha is a important town, for logistics, for the Russians. The railway going through is controlled by the AFU in a length of more than 10 km.
Can and will the AFU hold this territory? I don't think so. But the Russians have to pull in a lot of man and material in the region. The management until now is NOT getting well, the AFU still controls the territory gains and even advances further. It's a two sided sword that might cut the Russians further more or hits the Ukrainians at the end. We all can only wait and watch what will happen in the next one or two weeks from now.
Rule number 1: If your "allies" don't dare to fight, but they ask you to fight. Something is wrong. They are not your allies. You should not fight their proxy war.
It's not worth dying for US/NATO/globalist interests.

As a Hispanic American with a background in politics and military expertise, I have to acknowledge something I have been seeing lately in telegram and ig and so many channels and I don't favor any political party because there are many secrets kept from the public eye. However, it's clear that Ukraine requires more soldiers as Ukrainian troops are losing their lives in this conflict. Unfortunately, Ukrainian officials seem reluctant to face this harsh reality. there are footage of those ukrainian vehicle being destroyed also it's important to wonder, and be concern about those ukrainian soldiers supply inside russia, Capturing villages doesn't equate to defeating the enemy, especially in a vast country like Russia. It seems like many reporters have overlooked this fact. It's great to see Ukraine gaining momentum, but the real question is how long they can sustain it and control parts of Russian territory let's pray for peace.
Both Ukraine and Russia are a joke. Everyone else was and is drawn into this rabbit hole and tries to figure out between the two muppets, who is the least one. For example, from the ukrainian side, I never understood why they never ordered a general, national recruitment of everyone above 18 and under 55. Heck, trains full of fighting age Ukrainians were fleeing the country to Germany and Poland, in the first weeks of the war. Who allowed this? Russia is attacking you and you let men flee? Wtf? Even Greece, which lies 2 countries away in the south, had accepted 12.500 Ukrainians by August 2022.
The answer is already being given as those Ukrainian forces inside Russia have been encircled and are being wiped out.

Yeah, Zelenskyy Kursk misadventure already failed spectacularly, but due to his obsession with media hype he is incapable even after so many other costly failures to cut snowballing losses and as always he is just reinforcing the failure. Zelenskyy had a pipe dream to capture Kursk NPP. Capturing at such a staggering cost a string of villages in the middle of nowhere that can't be held makes zero military sense. Zelenskyy wasted so far 2,860 troops KIA, 317 armored vehicles, 28 artillery systems, 4 anti-aircraft systems on this another costly PR misadventure while vital Ukrainian positions at the actual front are crumbling. It's the same nutty pattern as was with Bakhmut, Krinky or a publicly announced failed Zelenskyy offensive in 2023 . Zelenskyy is the gift that keeps on giving to the Russians advised by even nuttier DC gifts.
