What’s the difference between clinical and medical microbiologist ?
In an NHS lab we're mostly all microbiologists (biomedical scientists) , but a medical doctor will use the information provided by scientists in a clinical way that translates to patient care. A clinical scientist is involved in the clinical interpretation of results.
One is a doctor the other is a researcher or technician

So I'm just wondering: is there a difference between a "regular" microbiologist and those showed in a video? Because here in my country I can study Microbiology as a master and a doctoral doctoral degree but it seems different than those shown here?

The most common route to becoming a medical microbiologist in the UK is to study medicine and then do foundation training as a junior doctor before starting the training programme in medical microbiology.
