@@mayangsvlog1125 they were super helpful in China. My flight was delayed and when I arrived in Guangzhou they made me a priority etc and made sure I caught my connected flight. The only issue I had was my luggage was not on the same flight as me and arrived at my home in London two days later.

Don't book with them unless you don't care about the online check-in, because it doesn't work at all, and the whole website is so broken and outdated. But if you do everything offline then it's okay I guess
