This was uploaded directly from the phone using the CZcams app, no edits just a nice raw video upload.
Woow that's good 😄
Where is HDR or Dolby Vision on Vimeo??
@@randavael this is in HDR 👍🏻
@@samjpullen Yes, I switched it on and it IS HDR!
@@belviclauronpullen4717 BTW, it is HLG HDR, cool. Is prores real prores or HEVC?
I must say that looks fantastic!! This could actually make me buy my first iPhone! BTW I have missed your garden!! 😀👍🏼
Doesn't really matter as CZcams compresses your video to h264 anyways. Will make a difference in editing and color grading
This is VP9.2 for HDR or AV1.
Supergood quality !!! ✌️from Belgium
my 13 pro max seems to have compression issues when shooting 4k60 in dolby vision. There is a shimmery noise effect when panning the camera around in that mode... and only that mode. Does yours do that? You can really see it on things like trees and gravel...anything with complex textures. It's worse in bright light.
@Inside ruins Actually, yes. After talking with multiple senior Apple techs, it would appear Apple fixed the issue with iOS 16. Since updating to the public release, the issue has been completely resolved. Not gonna say I had something to do with it, but the timing is ironic... All I can say is I'm very very happy the issue was resolved - the footage looks absolutely beautiful now.
@Inside ruins Strange, I never had any issues with 4k30p. I only had issues with 4K60P - and only when shooting HDR. That sucks you can't update the phone... have you tried doing it through a computer insead of over the air? Also - If the footage looks strange, I would suggest turning off HDR video in the camera setting. Better to have usable footage in non-hdr than compromised footage in HDR. You could also attempt shooting in HD, and see if that changes anything. If the phone is still shooting strongly in all these different scenarios, something is wrong with either the software or the phone - try doing a full shut down, and if that doesn't work you really need to reinstall the OS (and try to get iOS 16 if possible when doing so). Hope that helps... PS: If I were shooting ruins in Mexico, I would personally shoot in 60fps. Smoother footage, and the ability to slow it down if editing in a 30fps timeline. I tend to think that scenic video looks better running at a full 60fps, however. Gets rid of the jittery motion when panning.
Super video.
Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 ♥️
Please teach me how to upload hdr file to youtube i have iphone 13 pro
Use the CZcams app 👍🏻
@@samjpullen how to export file which app for exporting HDR files
thx for the vid man...
love it
Hello, I was wondering how much time it took for HDR to kick in on CZcams? Also this video was uploaded straight from the YT app on iOS?
Watching iPhone 13 looking amazing
Nice man, do you have a specific technique to upload on CZcams in HDR?, I also shoot in 13 max pro 4K 60 fps HDR but uploading on CZcams reduces the video quality despite complete HD processing. If you use any specific way to upload, please guide me. Thank you
Unfortunately that's the downside of CZcams, I just uploadd from the phone for this.
You should go to upload settings and choose full quality
Awesome
Hey Sam, can we get this raw footage on Google Drive please?
How long does it take for the video to process? I have the same phone and have the same settings applied and the 1 minute video that I uploaded is not in 4K 60 FPS HDR. It's been 24 hours since I uploaded the video and the max resolution for it at the moment is 1080p 60 FPS with no HDR. I also uploaded directly from the phone using the CZcams app.
How did you film this? I have a iPhone 13 pro max base model storage and my camera doesn’t do this good? If anything it looks dead and pale :( pls respond I’m gonna need to do a lot of recording on my iPhone soon
hi, iphone 13 pro max shoot DOLBY VISION, how did you manage to get HLG HDR on this video? youtube does not support DOLBY VISION, very nice video by the way but its not DOLBY VISION.
1 minute of recording 4K HDR 60fps video = 637.5MB.
7 hours of recording 4K HDR 60fps video = 267.75GB.
Greetings from my HDR-Channel
Hi Sam, cool video. I am a beginner - I love the look of HDR and I am thinking of buying an iphone 13. I have started to do some research on youtube and it seems to be more complicated than I thought. I hope might be kind enough to answer a question.
I love Filmora 11. Can I edit an HDR shot on an iphone 12 on Filmora or will I have to buy Final Cut Pro. Thank you
Well I don’t know about that, but I also had this concern on how I can shoot, then share and upload HDR videos - so there was this video I saw that you shoot in hdr then you import the footage into iMovie (iPhone and iPad) and don’t edit it one bit - then when exporting it from the “options” menu select SDR - I still preserves most of the detail and quality but now it’s in a shareable format - I still haven’t tried this bcz I’m going to buy my 13 in a few weeks - but maybe it works
@@Zecos Thank you very much
after watching 4k60 videos from my S21 ultra and pixel 6 pro the past 2 weeks straight after vacation i have to say this video pisses me off LOL. I was done with iphone but come on man this walks on all androids at the moment without effort. Maybe the xperia pro-i will have something to say in a week on public release and POSSIBLY the s22 ultra in a couple months but this is 100% the best video you can get on a mobile phone right now hands down if thats all your looking at.
Nice
hello!
Can you upload portrait video from iphone with zooming??
Probably not now.
In what app to export ???
How to export which app for export
No export, I just shot the video and used the CZcams app on iOS to upload.
can someone upload the raw footage on google drive
Did you upload the video from the CZcams app?
Yes I did 👍🏻
The cat kinda looks like a cat from a PS5
What I mean is unreal engine 5 from EPIC GAMES RE engine from CAPCOM and Hedgehog engine from SEGA and SONIC TEAM
Due to the cat’s look and movement
Hi. How did you record 4K 60fps in HDR iPhone 13 pro max in PRORES format? there is only an option in 30fps in PRORES and you have 60fps? what's the phone's memory capacity?
This video isn't ProRes 👍🏻
@@samjpullen Thank you for your answer. And in what program did you make the export film? Did you make only the export film or did you edit?
@@BerniReload shot on the phone and direct upload via the CZcams app 👍🏻
@@samjpullen Thank you very much for your answers 🙂
@@BerniReload No problemo buddy, Anytime :)
Of course the feature has been removed from the CZcams app.
no HDR icon on my phone 🤔
Yeah same here 🤔🤔🤔
@@samjpullen knowing Apple im guessing they compressed the heck out of the video before even hitting the upload button on CZcams without even telling u
Apple seem to be one of the few that don't compress half as much as most Android OEM.
But I do think the upload didn't include the HDR settings, I'll try upload from my desktop and see if it works.
I have a ProRes video video test next, 9gb for 1:35 😱
@@samjpullen try it yourself ^^ record a 10s 4k clip on ur normal camera and another on ur iPhone then compare the file size on both ^^ and then tell me it's not compressing 🤭
Or 10 seconds on the 13 Pro Max and 10 seconds on my Galaxy S21 Ultra...
See who's really compressing 👀👀👀.
