Well done on the painting - Shelley (Shellsterooney) sold one a few weeks back so she is an art dealer too! I think Jon Luc & Charlotte have visited Vintage Cash Cow they mentioned it in a recent video and may be working with them at some point.
Yes just watched them with N&A an hour ago. Very interesting.
Lovely video guys ❤ I think the sconces are more likely from an old upright piano.
Thank you
hope ur arms feeling better soon faye!! lol the painting guy!! great sale tho! xx
I got 8 walking sticks from auction, they sold very quickly for good profit with positive feedback, buyers were delighted, so always pick them up!!
I've been hitting my head on them for years, so happy to see the back of them! 😆
Had it quite a few times where potential buyer try's to tell me how much something is worth. They usually go quite when I show them terapeak solds. When I check their profiles it's usually specialist dealers, who know true value and are clearly trying it on. One woman who deals in Seiko dictionaries has low balled me on several occasions. When I check her eBay shop she has same thing listed for more than double what she offers me. You would think these kind of sellers would use a different account to do their buying.
🙄 that’s the one thing that amazes me too, why they don’t have 2 accounts
Excellent again. Your successes make me happy.
Thank you! Cheers!
I dont think I would have sold the painting to that guy . I've dealt with similar people in the past who bluff their way through the sale then swear that the item arrived damaged (or in one case not at all ) I hope all went well.
Thanks for a great video😊
Yeah... there was something up with this guy.... it worked out fine in the end though. Could have done without the headache at the tme 😀
I bet! 🙄 Glad it worked out OK. Angie
You are mad sending stuff to vintage cash cow. You would have made more chucking it on a table at a car boot sale!
Thanks Jane! As we said in this video and the lead up videos, we knew we would make more elsewhere but we didn't care about the money, we just wanted to try it. Also, standing at a table at a carboot isn't our jam whatsoever!
Hi! Just came across your channel that popped up on my feed, I would love to check out your ebay store! I saw some lovely items like the lamp base :-) what is your ebay shops name?
Thanks for watching, the eBay store link is right at the bottom of the video description for you.
