The one I keep coming back to is to stop blaming eBay for lack of sales. I'm as guilty as the next reseller. But look at your inventory and stop buying what you like and actually look at what is selling.

Hiya new subscriber 👋🏼 I’ve only started seriously selling on eBay recently, just to get rid of my stuff, it’s slow & time consuming - (cleaning photographing listing and shipping) but interesting,I’ve listed 100 items and sold 20 so far in 4months and I’m learning a lot from watching CZcams channels including yourselves,so big Thankyou as this video has been fabulous 🙏🏼🤗 So far I haven’t had to buy any boxes & packaging as i get it all from local shops for free and friends give me their bubble wrap so I’m reusing & up cycling too 😅 my back bedroom has turned into a crazy but organised storage eBay world , love your shed & doggies 💞🕊🇬🇧

Items or brands that are faked a lot can catch newbies out very easily, especially at the boot sales when the pressure it on to buy quick.
Also, not buying items that require lots of work as it’s very easy to accumulate a death pile very quickly. If you miss repairable damage when purchasing, assess if it is worth repairing time wise or just reducing the price to get it gone.
Always Learn from it though, recover as much as you can and move on 👍
And obviously, I was most certainly hugely guilty of this one…over buying, especially low sell thru rate items early on resulting in poor cash flow management.
One thing that would’ve been good for the video Simon with the endorsement, is it if you actually measured a roll to see, because I’ve been missing the bubble wrap music .

Thank you. That’s an interesting question, we view it as something is only worth what people are willing to pay, so Solds play a part, but often there aren’t any Solds for the items we sell. At that point, we’re winging it!
Can you explain why you use cling film and then where the roller you use is from. Does it really prevent breakages?.
Yes, the link is in the description of all of our videos (stretch shrink wrap). It keeps sets together and protects from rubbing/scratching in storage.
Went to use code but it gives you discount then adds postage so no real saving against their eBay prices.
Exactly what I thought first time I used it. But at the end of the day, something is better than nothing. Also, we’re being told that the code is currently giving 20% on slightly larger purchases. We’ve been sent so many screenshots of orders. Josh saved over £30 on his usual order versus the eBay price. Hopefully you’ve put it to good use anyway. Sorry about that.
