On the bolt hole that is striped just get a smaller diameter bolt long enough to go through both housing and put a nut and lock washer on it
It’s an aluminum housing and the threads are actually in the housing. It does not go through. So can’t do a bolt and a nut. It’s not a huge deal. Just hold a flange that keeps the elbow from popping out. It don’t need to be super tight. Just snug.
The oils probably coming from the other way look up into air to air tube. The turbo is fine its sucking the oil through the air to air rad
