- Five Nights At Freddy's always had hoaxes but one of the most notable was about a FNAF inspired amusement park. What if that became real? Tealerland is a FNAF fan game that truly felt terrifying but became so underappreciated throughout the years. Here is why this FNAF fan game should not be forgotten.

Why aren't there other FNAF fangames where the whole animatronic cast are mythological creatures? Imagine how frightening a large minotaur animatronic making attempts to break down your door, or a centaur animatronic galloping down the hallway and having to avoid him by hiding under your desk. The animatronic formula can't always be limited to your typical fox, chicken, or cat.
my goofy ass picking bugs:
Nah fr though, so creative
Or just have them be actual mythological characters and have FNAF-styled gameplay, similar to how the SCP fangame did it!
I love the look of the animatronics with missing eyes in this game so much. Most games just put dark holes if they want no eyes, but actually seeing inside to the mess of metal and wires beneath their faces is so much cooler
It really is!!
In regular FNAF lore, it makes sense why the security guard/technician (for SL) would want to stay for 5-6 whole nights. Michael Afton has a goal directly related to fixing what his father has done, repairing the damage William Afton has caused… as well as earning the forgiveness of his younger brother. Rarely do other FNAF games have it work well too, however.
Counter point, scary robot bears
@@insomniacloserxo Countercounterpoint, money.
@@klaibefhuoaiuwehjklbdfsnxnik Countercountercounterpoint: BAGS of money!
It makes sense in modern context of the series. It made absolutely zero sense when the games initially released however.
this game popped out of nowhere, everyone talked about it. Then poof not another word about. Kinda sad honestly this is really well made.
Exactly! It got popular for like a couple months then nothing at all
I’m still hella curious on WHY this game was kinda pushed to the side, I always thought it was the cooler of the fan games, especially recently
I always loved the animatronic designs in this game, I need more reptilian/dragon like animatronics
Good video:) hopefully this will remind people of this game
That’s the goal :)
This game is insane. I don't understand how a game this good could be just forgotten for no good reason. the graphics look better then JR's and the gameplay loop is really intresing and far better then 90% of other fnaf fangames and the story is pretty good imo. definitly the most underated fnaf fan game of all time
100 percent !!
You are kinda pushing it a little, but as a Tealerland enjoyer myself, I respect your opinion.
This is one that Uhyeah could talk about, definitely
I lost it when Tealer said "It's Tealing Time" and started tealing all over the bunker.
In all seriousness tho, this game is PEAK!
It really is!
So he "arrived" all over the place? Gross.
@@brandonandstuff239 You know something I don't...
The sepia tones of the game really does help aesthetically, and it's not overbearing, which is nice.
Tealerland has always been one of my favorite FNaF/FNaF-adjacent fan games. It's really well-made with solid gameplay, and amazing designs. The fact that getting jumpscared is not one and done(unless you're low on health or with certain exceptions) also helps with progression, because you're not screwed the moment an animatromo catches you
I'm genuinely surprised that this game is forgotten, it's a high quality good game yet people look over it. I havent even played it and yet I still remembered everything about it. At least now people will be reminded of this masterpiece!
You should make a video on Playtime with Percy, it's also a fnaf fangame that really needs to be known across the world, the community is so lovely and the creator and the people who made the game is absolutely amazing
I’ll probably reupload my old video on it since I made one a while back :)
Oh yeah, that game!
This is the game that got me back into FNAF
I don’t blame you it’s such a good game 👌
There is a CZcams channel called Jake Ryan Southgate, where they are doing their own more personalized spin on the FNAF lore through animations, specifically the events of the Bite of ‘83 and the crying child’s new life in the suit. They use JR’s models for the animatronic suits, which was cool, and it’s got voice action. The animation and voices are a bit janky at some point, but it never fails to impress me when Fredbear walks around.
I’ll definitely check it out!
Uh well, they're not really JR's models, they're fanmade models styled similarly to JR's, but they're not even that accurate.
I played this on my own when it came out, and imma be 100% honest, I loved it, it is maybe one of my favorite fangames and it makes me sad it doesn't get the recognition it deserves
One thing that I feel you kinda glossed over was the sound design. Dude, this is the most immersive fnaf fan game I’ve ever played all thanks to how great the sound design is. It really makes you panic and feel like danger is near whenever someone is in the hallway or at the door. Mischievous’ music box is terrifying along with his mechanical sounds, he sounds gigantic!
Great video mate! As somebody who played this game a while ago, you have no idea how much it excited me to see you cover it
Great video about an underrated game from an underrated creator!!! I miss tealerland, it’s animatronic designs are probably some of my favorites out of any fangame
Im proud to say I never forgot Tealerland, it was one of my favorites along with Those Nights At Rachels,
Tealerlands character designs remind me of actual old animatronics because of the uncanny facial structure and realistic eyes, and the metal framework underneath the fabric of the suits
I genuinely wish more people knew about this game and I wish it got more traction to possibly create a sequel if there was any material to do so with
I ate a cat.
😿
You eat another?
Raw or cook
@@creator4873 I will eat another.

as someone who plays tealerland religiously to this day, mischevious is my favorite animatronic gameplay wise because he can give you so much more breathing room than people think. when you play 7/20 mode, the fact that he pauses all animatronic activity in the hallway gives you those extra few seconds you desperatley need to power a gen and/or finish trapping an animatronic. he leads to a lot of stress as well, but thats what makes his gameplay so unique and fun. for all the plays you can get from him where you can complete a task you really need to, he can also make such stressful scenarios that feel nearly impossible to win!
I remember watching videos on the demo and i was really hyped for the game but not that many people played it which made me a bit disapointed so its cool to see you cover this amazing game, also happy new years!
In my opinion, Tearlerland is way more than a fnaf fan game. It feels like it's own original series.
I think i watched a playthrough of this game before, great video so far, Happy new year :)
It was popular for a bit then just disappeared 👻
love the amount of uploads as of late! (because of your uploads) i played both chuck e. cheese, and tealerland, before watching their respective videos, and they were both great games. on top of good content, i’m honestly using your channel for quality game recommendations xD!! keep up the greats vids :3
finally, more recognition of this game.
good luck
:)
It's sad that i didn't hear about this fangame! It's so innovative!
I stumbled across your channel recently, I really like your content! Keep it up :)
WOW this video is so good!!! Amazing job! I'll def check out your other stuff!
I've been a fan of the fnaf franchise since the beginning and I've even VAed in a few obscure fan games. I am shocked that I never heard of this one. Thank you so much for telling me about my new favorite fan game by far.
New upload let’s gooooooooo. Love your content as always hope your doing well on this new year
Thank you, hope the same for you too :)
Another upload from an underrated horror king. Keep it up insomniac you'll go for trust me
Definitely will thanks for the support 🙏
I love how expensive you are with your voice it makes your videos very engaging
Thanks for the "scary dragon" warning brother, I could've had an heart attack
On a serious note tho, when Tealerland came out I thought it'll be a hecking sensation but after that it was just exsiting, not popular but just "there"
Honestly, THIS IS THE BEST fnaf game, i LOVE it so much, its definitely my favorite fnaf game!
I love the commentary in your videos because its very calming and how you explain fnaf fan games very well plus you should review fnaw, fnas, fnwmt, tubbyland, and etc(if you want to know the other ones i can say what they are).
The return to Freddy’s mention jumpscare got me
I like the gameplay, I have never felt something being so chaotic yet so in control.
There are a lot of stress factors:
the hall is mostly dark enough for you to second guess who is standing there.
The keyholes covers most info on who is there
the time limit of the virus made it balanced yet stressing since there are instances where you have to either stay still or can't get through the hall
The generator is a huge factor and you will panic when you need to refill it but can't
When the stress factor got to you, you make the game herder for yourself.
Yet if you are calm enough it's actually not that hard, it is mostly easily calculatable since you choose which character you trap first which would make your game easier.
Man, you uploaded very soon!!, thanks, i love your videos :>
Weekly uploads for the next month 😉
@@insomniacloserxo Yeeeeei!! :D
I still remember when I first played the game and yet I still haven't forgotten about it
love your voice, listen to these vids when tired
You can make an exception for the og Fnaf series for being day based, because lore wise the Night Guards had to do it
The whole visual style of this game is really great. Lost of the animatronics in games tend to look derpy but these ones genuinely look unnerving. Except for Willow she's somehow adorable.
I played this game before you and others made a gameplay on it i was shcoked why it wasn't even shown to any other people, the graphics are AWESOME the gameplay is Unique and once you get hang of it, it is pretty easy. i would recommend someone to play this game, it was so good, i even said that the game was Ahead of its time
This is one of the only FNAF games I actually beat, I'm never forgetting it.
Tealerland is one of my top FNAF games. Other than the design, the sound is on point, the enviroment is amazing and also, the gameplay. I would like one day to play it for myself, but I think I am going to shit myself when I do play it xDDD
Glad Tealerland is getting more attention,
i hope the developer get hired by Scott Cawthon to make more amazing games like this
Man, wait until you play Percy's playhouse. That final boss fight is freaking insane and its an unexpected fusion you would never see coming
i love your content, happy new year!!
Thank you 🙏 happy new years to you too 😄
I know this video is about Tealerland and what makes it as great as it is but what game is the footage from the start from? I really want to know.
freeroam mall with the drawkill animatronics was cooler but this is alright i guess
you have to talk about tyke and sons lumber co, i think it’s a great game and cool idea overall
You should look at the Final Nights series. It's really interesting how it interprets the FNAF lore.
Happy New Year's! It's now finally 2024!
This game is underrated
there are only few more underrated ones
The Most Underrated FNaF Game in DEFINETLY Project Readjusted 3
You should make a video about Project Readjusted 3 (its Top Tier)
finally i've discovered fellow tealerlanders that i long thought to be nonexistence
this game is just a quick W, no comments
Ok this might sound bad? But I was never really a fan of the games themselves. I liked the lore and story of FANAF but just not the gameplay overall. I went ahead and tried this fan game and I actually ended up liking the gameplay. Is it odd that I preferred this fan game over the actual games?
Happy New Year, everyone
HAPPY NEW YEAR YALL 🥳
HAPPY NEW YEARS WOOO 🥳
happy new year!!
Same to you!
Happy new year and Goodluck🎉🎉🎉🎉
I still remember tealer Land.....😶 I'm getting ptsd flash backs now
Okay hear me out but I think this game has the potential to be a full blown movie similar to the FNAF movie as it being a thriller but it definitely has potential and it is very much underrated. Change my mind
Soothing voice 10/10 would sleep to again 🗣🔥💯💯
Yo, what on EARTH is that Fangame you're playing at the start of the vid? I HAVE to play that!
i played thro it was my first fnaf fan game it was amazing really cool gimc even the last night is fun
Amazing video and happy new year 2024 ❤
You too!
@@insomniacloserxo yeah
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVE EVERYBODY
HAPPY NEW YEARS 🎊
you should play afton built its REALLY REALLY UNIQUE
I thought that game got canceled years ago did it get made?
no it got canceled but im pretty sure you can still play the demo@@insomniacloserxo
The Atmospehere in this game is more threating than fnaf
Yeah I hate that so many fnaf games just make the game as hard as impossible and rng based by the end.
Happy New Year !!
Happy new year!
@@insomniacloserxo have a great new year
I thought he said, "the detergent" 19:09
Only remember it because i recently watched plaintrace's review on it
Their channel is so good I binge them all the time :)
I love this game I can beat it under an hour
Tealerland is probably my favorite game
It’s definitely top tier for me!
@insomniacloserxo It was one of the first fan games I played (which I've only started playing fan game like a few weeks ago, but I've been interested in doing it for so long), and that game, Fredbear and Friends - Reboot, and A Bite at Freddy's have been my absolute favorites
I'm not David. So I can't free him from this place.
you should make a video about bibsys :P
also happy new year!
Happy new year!
What is the name of the fnaf 2 and 3 fan games in the begining of the video?
Happy New Year those that read this
🎉
I love celeste too 😊
ayy celeste soundtrack
Video suggestion the suffering games
wait- YES CELESE MUSIC
YES
AHHH I LOVE THIS GAME!!!
You should review five nights at Ronald’s next and it’s cancelled remake
You should do a video on those nights at rachel's since you made a video on the joy of creation story mode already
what are the games hes playing in the hoax section
what do you mean by forgotten a bunch of people played it and then beat it, that's like saying Bugsnax is forgotten
There was a grimace animatronic?
Im sorry what is that gameplay at the beguining?
what's the game being played at the beginning of the video?
"FNAF Rewritten: '87"
0:18 What do you mean the Purple Guy animatronic was fake? It's real. I saw it in a vision.
And then Sparky became real in the FNAF Movie!
I remember making a cringe video about it when after it's realease.
Tealerland good Game
I had It for a While.. before my 118 shitty gb school pc said "space" in agony
Is this game really forgotten i always felt it was underrated but not necesarelly forgotten
No one really talks about it anymore after it’s initial release
Blud said rad
FUN FACT: mimes predate clowns
Isn’t there a running trend of fnaf fan games being considered underrated just because nobody makes any more videos on them because they have run out of things to do in said games.
Of course feel free to consider whatever you think is underrated as underrated so long as it makes logical sense for you that it fits the definition of “gets under the normal amount of attention/praise expected for what value it brings.” I just think that maybe we shouldn’t be so hasty to call these games underrated when they did all that they could for us and we moved on. As a practical example, 100%ing a game doesn’t make you value the game any less despite that accomplishment potentially making you play the game less and less or outright stop playing altogether, it just means you saw everything the game thinks it can make you see and the game can have a stopping point on its own terms.
