Sound Design Technique for Lush Sounds

In this sound design tutorial I will show you a simple technique to create lush sounding ambiences, atmospheres and drones as well as plucks and other musical elements.
This technique makes use of the fact that samples are being played at different speeds when played higher or lower in a sampler, which gives us a few interesting sounds that would be difficult to replicate just with a synthesizer.
