But to claim dividend of 2-3 folios of last 8-10 years you have provided on 15 rows which is not sufficient , You shall provide at least 20-25 rows to re claim dividend . Wait for more days. Both are different user IDs. One for V3 and another for V2 login. For filing form5 we need V2 login details. Which will take sometime to genrate V2 login credentials in my case it has taken approx 20days.

Although they both have Demat Account in their own name jointly and Now entitlement letter has also been issued. But my mother does not hold aadhar card but she has Pan card and my father holds both aadhar and Pan card. Best IEPF claim process video! 1. Registering on IEPF website (MCA V3.0) gets you an User ID which is your email ID, BUT which will fail when you try choosing IEPF-5 option under MCA Services menu. 2. You need to submit a Complaint Ticket through the existing V3 site/IEPF menu options and select the appropriate choice that reflects - Need Access to V2 site to submit IEPF-5 form. Enter your PAN# and Uplolad your PAN Card as PDF file in this ticket, other wise Support will close your ticket unresolved. 3. After ticket is closed, you may need to wait 2 days or submit another ticket incase your login does not work. Your User ID will be your PAN#. 4. Keep all the share details, Aadhar Card, PAN card, Client Master List from DEMAT account, Original Shares certificate copy as PDF files. 5. Enter the Names as in your PAN Card. Click on Verify PAN button. Continue entering other details. Note Submit 1 IEPF form for 1 company claim. You can add multiple portfolios etc if all the details pertain to same company. 6. Enter Aadhar No. etc where asked. Enter Email ID. You will be asked email ID and Mobile Number just before SUBMIT. Enter carefully as you will get OTP in both accounts. Only after correct validation final SUBMIT will work. 7. Copy the details and SRN#. The Acknowledgement generated does not save as PDF file even if you try. So take screen snapshot. 8. Next choose IEPF-5 Tracking menu option under MCA services. Enter the SRN# and you will get three links to download, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, INDEMNITY BOND SAMPLE TEMPLATE for your selected company and finally the actual IEPF-5 form you submitted. Print all these and keep. Save as PDF. 9. Buy Stamp Paper as per your State rules, and edit the INDEMNITY BOND in Word file, fill your details and print on STAMP paper in any suitable xerox printing shop. Now get the NOTARY to stamp and sign your indemnity bond. 10. Before you come to this form filling step, you will have run around your RTA to get the details of IEPF sent shares and dividends sent by year. This requires submitting to the RTA the ISR1, ISR2, ISR3 (opt out of nomination) or SR13 (Nomination form). RTAs will keep asking for these and once you submit, later they will return these back to you even after you and they know that the shares are with IEPF. Note that some companies clearly identify the IEPF process and where to send the documents. Not all companies require you to send to NODAL officer. Atleast in RIL case they ask you to send to KFIN tech their RTA. 11. Note if the number of shares are low, then it does not make sense to claim from IEPF. Takes Minimum Rs 300 - Rs 500 in submitting each form. And you will not know if additional documents/corrections would be needed. Good Luck.... very tedious process this IEPF. No simple.

It mean your shares split in to fv 10 to 5 thus your shares has been 160 against 80
