Since it Asahi and Schatte piloting Van Ein, this is probably the most basic form of Van Ein, as the later version had Asahi with the other girl when Schatte got captured and brainwashed and Van Ein final form had all 3 of them piloting it together.
A little bummed that it didn't get a new attack that isn't in DD but I'm pretty happy with what it did get, esp. considering Getter devoured the budget.

@@Kylorin235 I'm not too sure what is the issue as I'm playing the game on my US account. You can buy the DLC off the Japanese store. it'll work even if you play on your US account.

I know it's free dlc, but meh. It's just as lackluster as the Didarion. They should have at least included their true final attacks and forms since both Didarion and Van Ein isn't even involved in the game's story.
To be honest, for a 30th anniversary, seeing these 2mins 3mins attack showcases felt like RIP OFF AF. Not even the slightest intents to add in some more attacks (e.g no Ranbu no Tachi), or lengthier bad ass animations for units with naturally less armaments. Everything just cut cut cut. That Dancouken of Ulimate Dancouga is basically "A ending shot" of the Dancouken from Z2 - a much older work of the franchise, that did way better. Price tag gone up, but quality gone down.
