Kinda late, but This SRX Timeline is when they fight in Balmar War, IIRC at that time they didnt Know you can use R-Gun for HTB Canon .even they didnt know who Zengar Zonvolt is, Doubt they will even know Kyosuke, since Kyosuke in SRW 30 is after shadow mirror war.
Ryusei is so powerful that he doesn't look back at explosions which look like his giant robot face.

Because the R-Gun isn’t in SRW 30. No R-Gun = No HTB Cannon (think this is before that weapon was unlocked for the SRX Team)
