    Things I've learned in quarantine:
    1.) CZcams is the best way to learn
    2.) There are great teachers and chefs online
    3.) Most recipes are vague "Add 4 cups of flour" "Make a tomato sauce"
    4.) You can't skimp on quality ingredients
    5.) To perfect a dish you need to go to a person that specializes in it.
    6.) Practice

    Excellent oven. I got one from the factory in Padova. Added the biscotto and a steel inner window too. Superb investment and only around €400 if I recall correctly. Worth every penny!

    That's an excellent oven Vito. Show a video with the thin stone. I would like to see the difference between the 2 stones. Napolitana style and Barrie style. Again keep up the great work.🍕👍🍕👍🍕👍🍕👍

    I bought this oven, I think is a new version of it I guess it was improved.. I didn't found any instructions for Neapolitan pizza, I tried to make but I've burned the bottom. I used 509 for top and 370 for bottom.. Next time I will try as you said @Vito Iacopelli 470 on top and 420 on the bottom.. I think the top resistor if very close to the clay stone and influence the temperature of it so I will reduce the top..

    thanks Vito that was just the review I needed, I had the Ooni 16. But its a big oven to have in the kitchen, I know its for outdoor. But we used it indoor, but the Effeuno is a better suit for us. Cause we can integrate it better in our kitchen. thanks for all the videos

      @@Nebuli93 it's constant ony during heating up. After it heats up, it just turn on only when reheating is needed. So should be fine for most homes.

      You won’t regret it, I’ve had mine nearly a year now, as you get better, it gets better, make sure you get the 500c version, and the biscotto, you can burn stuff on the stone and it just turns to white ash, after you brush it off, it looks like new again.

    Really Nice oven. I would definitely buy it, but I already have pizzamaster Owen from sweden. 🙂. This italian looks really better and higher temperature than my which is 350C max. .

    Bought the Effeuno the other day..Pizza all year round no matter the weather.😀🍕 I also have the Ooni Koda 16 which will get back to action once we get nicer weather in the UK.

    Vito, that big bowl of flour you drop the dough ball in, is that semolina, and which #, like #1 or #3 (coarse?) And why are all the Italians saying 00 is the cheap way--you should use 0 or 1, or a mix with 00 & 1?

    Hi Vito. I love your videos, you make them so interesting, and all your knowledge about the pizza Napolitano is so great. I love to make pizza at home but my problem is the oven, I have a crappy oven that maybe come up to 270C and those pizza ovens you show on your channel are great and a bit pricy, so wouldn't it be cool to have a giveaway contest where we can win one? who makes the best-looking pizza at home? with a slice so you can see the dough wins a pizza oven.

    If this oven cooks the pizza in less than 2 minutes then I guess you can try to cook a neapolitan pizza using the classic and original recipe for the neapolitan pizza dough (without the olive oil and honey that are used for regular ovens' doughs)

    I think the life span of that electric oven is short cause all electric ovens require a ventilation system. and I have not seen in this oven. but the Pizza looks just like the ones we get from top pizza restaurants and maybe even better. well done

    The biscotto stone makes a big difference. And you can buy it even if you don't have this oven.
    I wish the oven were slightly bigger though. It would prevent the sides from burning.

      Check out Effeuno's website for their product range. They have wider ovens, taller ovens, and electric ovens that go to 550 celsius even.

    Hi Vito, this looks amazing! I just bought this oven and I am going to cook my first napoletana verace soon. You mentioned you set the temperature to 430 (bottom) and 470 (top). However, I can see the lights of the thermostats were still on when the pizza went it. Did you adjust them to have the resistances on before cooking the pizza? Thanks once again for this video!
