I'm a musician, and when I tell you this music is so complex. 😵💫 Mihoyo hires some of the most talented musicians literally on planet Earth to do these. We are blessed to hear this high level of performance in game for free. I'll gladly spend money on the game if it goes to hiring talented musicians. This does get me excited for Sumeru music. I'm thinking they may go middle eastern with the style. That would be really cool!
Can't wait for some epic northern Slav music when we reach Shenznaya and middle eastern music in Sumeru
They are pretty much the best🤣 koyo himself said this track was impossible to play but then he killed it anyway. What a legend
from the music i have heard inthe leaks, its definitely middle eastern, wish they also bring in some indian infusion to it, cos sumeru is a mix of indian and middle eastern countries (the architecture in the beta is definitely middle eastern, the style is quite familiar). But the lore itself is indian, because even the archon quest of sumeru has indian-based references.
Same here, and yes, this music is just outstanding. I show Genshin music to some of my colleagues and they are absolutely mind blown.

The large drum played overhead is called an "odaiko" (大太鼓), literally translating to "big drum". The medium-sized drums with wooden bodies are "chudaiko" (中太鼓), which are normally just referred to as "taiko" drums in English-speaking countries and are the most common drums found outside Japan. The smallest drums with ropes are "shimedaiko" (締め太鼓), while the taller ones with ropes are a subcategory of shimedaiko called "okedo" (桶胴太鼓). I was so happy to hear taiko in the Genshin soundtrack! I've played taiko for a while but not many people know about so I'm glad that games like Genshin are able to highlight traditional instruments :)

(Copied from Bilibili comment)
Those pronouns are confusing af
Because they barely use specific pronouns for male/female. They do have them tho.
@@bagyitaw they used 'he' for the female lol
@@energeticstunts993 well I assume they had to translate the copied comment because it was taken from Bilibili, chinese CZcams, and the original was probably written in Chinese
So of course the pronouns and stuff are wrong and funky
@@hayyeh7795 I’m pretty sure English is the only language that takes pronouns really seriously

The scene of European orchestra is there and play monstadt theme, it could be mean they have been working with mihoyo since 1.0 . I doubt they be able to work with them without paying properly on artist.
Wow! Incredible music and perfomance!
Normally with music like this you would imagine a thrilling and epic battle, maybe you visualize an epic duel or a 1v15, but all I can imagine is some dude summoning a giant rock from the sky and summoning a ghost from their hands to literally wipe out an entire camp of homeless people
I swear I was so hyped when I first heard this during the Ritou escape with Hiiragi Chisato + the first encounter with the Nobushi. This is my favorite track ever since.
@Gеnshin Impааt 🅥 please stop!!! It’s getting so damn annoying!!

I love how genshin spend so much time and thought into making the music for the game. All the theme songs are so beautiful and fit with the nation perfectly

unlike their anniversary eve
@@K4gumy y’all just find everything to complain about huh
The lights, the beat, the music, the camera shooting... ahh~ perfect.
Beautiful.
As usual, music is the one thing that never disappoints in this game.
but only 100 primos ;-
The music in this game is literally what keeps me going. Can't wait for the other region's OSTs
true, music and graphic/animation design are always so good, but in another perspective, these are the only thing that's good, which can be kind of disappointing.
@@dian277 tbh i woundt mind if we keep hating the market team and keep playing the game because of the quality of the game
unlike the anniversary rewards
Honestly, the music doesn't get appreciated enough. It's so beautiful
