Having vcm system on these should one change 1-2-3 all same time ? Since it’s always on n off when vcm kicks on Eco mode ??

Cannot figure out how to remove the coil pack on the back to replace spark plug!

That's one you have to do by feel. The cylinder lineup matches the front, and the wiring harness clips are the same as the front where you push the wiring clip top. You might hear a light click when it it releases before you wiggle it off. If the little wiring clip doesnt budge, try pushing it down before trying again. Once clip is off and the 10mm nut is removed, you should be able to back out the coil pack.
