      Highlighting everything will impact the question as well. It's recommended to highlight as you type each question. Alternatively, you can type a question and its options, then duplicate it and make necessary changes.

      You can achieve this by following these steps:
      1. Arrange the options vertically, for example:
      A. Man
      B. Woman
      C. Boy
      D. Girl
      2. Select the first two options (A & B), then go to Layout > Columns > Two.
      3. Select the next two options (C & D), then go to Layout > Columns > Two.
      This will arrange the options in the desired order.
