      You can achieve this by following these steps: 1. Arrange the options vertically, for example: A. Man B. Woman C. Boy D. Girl 2. Select the first two options (A & B), then go to Layout > Columns > Two. 3. Select the next two options (C & D), then go to Layout > Columns > Two. This will arrange the options in the desired order.

      Thanks. However, Excel's conditional formatting won't provide the styling you need. You can create it in Excel and then bring it into Word, but if you want to create it directly in Word, use my method.

      In Microsoft Word, you can't directly insert a shape into a text field. However, you can place a shape near or around a text field to achieve a similar effect.

    Hello, how can this cancellation line be colored?

      Insert the boxed formula and Double click on the border of the boxed formula to select it Go to home, then under font, change the Font Color to your preference for the cancellation. Now click within the boxed formula and enter your number or text. Double the number or drag over it to select it. You can now change it's color which will give you a different color from the cancellation
