​@@pankyb007 Dlink N300 is "modem + router" BUT "without SIM support". i.e., you need a internet cable (e.g. DEN Networks) which will connect into the N300 & then the "modem circuit inside N300" will connect to cable based internet while "router circuits inside N300" will help you connect other device via Wifi or LAN cable to the internet.
This 4G680 is only "a mdem and router" but works for SIM card only and once u insert SIM it will connect to internet. But if you connect broadband cable then it will not work since its NOT a "cable based broadband modem but mobile internet based modem". But you can connect LAN cable from another router (e.g. N300) to this 4G680 and then 4G680 can telecast wifi signals to other devices.
