Footage shot in the city of Owerri in the week that followed the official ending of the Nigerian Civil War on January 15th 1970.
Among those interviewed were Lt. Colonel Alani Akinrinade, General Staff Officer of the Third Division (3 Marine Commando); Brigadier General John Drury, Canadian International Observer; Colonel Douglas Cairns, British International Observer and Cyprian Ekwensi, the writer turned Director of Biafran propaganda.
