Oh this...this was needed on such a soul level. Like water to a thirsty man, like a tissue for a fallen tear. In this full moon. I release the things, people and believe systems that no longer serve me, or my higher/future self. What will be will be. Destiny finds you and you cant out run it. So whatever you are, whoever you are. Embrace yourself. Accept yourself for everything you are, and not. Immerse yourself in the knowledge that you have been here before. You once thought a long time ago you couldn't make it and yet here you are reading this comment, made for you to see it. Remember you are loved, valued and needed. So full of light that sometimes it goes with out notice. I see you. Your efforts mean everything to me. Please keep going, take a break if you must but do not quit. We need you, I need you. Never let anyone dull your light.

I usually don’t meditate bc the silence overwhelms me. All the feelings and thoughts I been suppressing w the noise around me would suddenly be visible. But this, although I still felt scared.. it also gave me relief. I could feel it in my body
