I had an afternoon on a "ski bike" at Keystone over 20 years ago. It was about the size of a BMX and you wore tiny little skis on your boots. They were pretty easy to use, had a lot more control than skis and you went a lot faster. We tore up the mountain in a way I never could on skis. Possibly the most fun I've ever had on snow. It's a shame to see they didn't take off.
when your ready to try these at winter park let me know these are great to rip moguls and trees biggest thing i see when people try them for the first time they dont lean enough an keep their body straight up, definitely don't turn the front ski that much but i have 3 of them would love to get together sometime an let you try them again on a bigger mountain

It seems to function more like skiing, steering primarily through weighting the inside downhill foot edge, except with the addition of the front ski for additional balance and edge control.

I was surprised to see how little the front “ski” steers. Looks like most the power transfer is in the legs/feet still. Fun video, thanks for sharing! Also the commenters mad about the title are just salty they don’t get to snowboard for money and have to work a 9-5 haha
This guy is doing it all wrong in the video. As an instructor, we teach people to lean on the bars, tilting them side to side... NOT STEER THEM. He's basically showing you what not to do! It's much easier than these guys make it look. So much for being "pros" because this is all wrong!

It actually is far easier than skiing. This dude just totally skipped the basics in his attempt to learn how to ride it.
I guess the three ski design is kind of like a bike with training wheels, but you might have more fun on a real ski bike.
My only question is why? Lol it looks so hard to steer and maintain control like is anyone good at this? I wanna see someone at keystone just ripping down school marm like lance Armstrong on snow.
Snowbike which is originaly a bmx frame with 2 skiis one front one back, they act more like a bike, more aggresive turns, its more nimble, search up some videos, this isnt what snowbiking really is

These guys skipped all the basic motions and unfortunately make this product look way harder than it is. I've never seen a worse attempt at trying to ride a SNO-GO. As an employee, I've seen hundreds of people who have never skied or snowboarded do a better job.. never mind a "pro" ... truly embarrassing.
SNOWBOARD CZcamsR, not PROFESSIONAL SNOWBOARDER. There is a huge difference between the 2, so you better respect the culture.

Actually he is.. by definition Professional is a specific activity as one’s main paid occupation. Last time I checked mr buckhouse gets paid from snowboarding which he posts on CZcams.. that makes him a professional snowboarder
