Dude Thank You for posting this lol, I’ll be tackling this same job on my car this fall. Similar clutch drag issue on a heavy pressure plate, rebuilt stock trans, but original worn out pedal assembly, nice to see a video tutorial! Good luck with her man can’t wait to see 9’s at altitude!!

Right on man. Yeah these damn clutch pedals in these cars. But once you get them welded up they are juicy! Thanks for watching and we already clicked off a 9... video coming soon.

Thanks for posting this man. I’m looking at adding the slipper valve to my hellcat. I have a Rpm lvl 7 tr6060 w/ faceplated dog engagement being built.
I feel like it would be a great combo. Your launches looked very smooth for this being the initial runs. The clutch feels like an on off switch with my triple disk.
I’m glad I happened to come across this product.
Your issues were with the cars assembly right and not the Magnus slipper valve, right?

Hey man. Glad you found the video. Yeah the issues where from the car and the clutch pedal design. The slipper valve will be a night and day difference once you got it setup correctly!

@@N3ZFAB that’s awesome to hear! Is it as hard on the clutch as they say? I watched HpAcademy’s video on this valve and he said some application may go through a twin disk or Triple disk in less than 15 passes (when using the slipper). How has yours been holding up?

@ProlifKAT no way it will only last 15 passes. I read that also and don't agree. Since you are on a dog box you only use the clutch to launch. Do you have a strain gauge setup?
